Send SMS Message – allow you to send text messages against a short code whether you created a campaign or not.

Address Book – lets you add and edit name of a group and its contact details. You can also use this option to export
Address Book’s contacts into .CSV or add bulk contacts through .CSV.

Address Book Contacts – lets you add name, phone number and email address of a contact one by one or in bulk by
uploading txt or .xls file.

SMS Inbox – lets you view all the replies of the messages that you have sent against a short code either by creating a
campaign or not.

Payments – lets you view complete history of payments.

SMS Campaign Logs – gives you a complete summary of various campaigns such as their names, masks, starting date,
current status and actions.

SMS API Logs – lets you use the web-based APIs within your own in-house software to send text messages.

SMS Templates– lets you create a template message and give it a specific name.

Change Password – lets you change your password.

Add SMS Campaign - i


- Select SMS Type for campaign

- Select Mask for campaign

- Type-in Campaign Name

- Select a template from SMS Templates

- Type-in your message in English or Urdu (Max length 4 SMS)

- Select Contacts from Address Book or choose your desired groups by clicking on Groups or upload a file that contains
your required contact numbers

- Type-in the Short Code issued by Mobilink/Operator

- Give a deadline to the campaign with End Date

- Check Confirmation if you want to send out auto replay

- Check Repetition if you want to reutilize the campaign

- Use Schedule Time to schedule the campaign

Address Book
- Add new address books.

- Assign contacts to any address book.

- View names and contacts of each address book.

- Add and export contacts in bulk from CSV.

- Edit and delete single or multiple address books by using options under Action bar.

Address Book Contacts


- Add name, email address and phone number of contacts.

- Add contacts one by one or simultaneously by clicking Upload .xls / .txt File tab.

- Download Sample .xls and .txt files by clicking required tab from above.

SMS Template
- Creates new template messages for SMS campaigns.

- Use no more than 160 characters in Template Content.

- Correct Template Name and Template Content by using Edit option below Action bar.

- Erase single or multiple SMS Templates by using Delete option under Action bar.

SMS Campaign Logs


- Reflects complete summary (Campaign Name, Mask, Start Date, Status and Action) of all campaigns.

- View total number of campaigns run during present day, week, month and year through Campaign Reports.

- Save campaign logs by selecting Export CSV File option from Action drop down list.

- Reutilize campaign logs by using Resend option below Action bar.

- See details of each campaign log separately by using View option from Action bar.

- Discard single or multiple campaign logs by selecting Delete option from Action bar.

- View how many SMSs were sent against each campaign under Action bar.

Resend SMS Campaign


- Reuse an already utilized campaign rather than creating a new one.

- Select a mask option from the drop down list.

- Give your campaign a name with Campaign Name.

- Each message can be as long as four SMSs.

- Schedule your campaign through Schedule Time option.

SMS API Logs


- Use the web-based APIs within your own in-house software to send text messages.

- View total SMS sent in the current day, week, month and year through SMS API Report.

- Filter SMSs on date basis with Filter by option.

- Save SMS API Logs by selecting Export CSV File option from Action drop down list.

- See details of broadcast like Mask, SendTo, Message and Delivery Day under Total SMS Count bar.

Report Section
- Provide access to SMS Campaign Report, SMS API Report and Payment Report.

Purchased Bucket History


- Shows total records of Buckets.

- Displays purchase and expiry dates of Buckets.

- Reveals current status of a Bucket.

- Indicates total number of SMSs allocated for a Bucket.

- Specifies the price of a Bucket.

- Change your password at any time.

Inbox
Inbox Lets you receive messages against each short/long code- Displays all short codes and number of campaigns
created against each code.

Prefix
- The Prefix tab will let you see how many contacts have used a similar word such as Yes, No or Mobilink in their reply to
your message that was sent against a short code. Many Filters are available with Graphical reports.
