case of a turnkey solution, the employees of VipsonProjektOÜ will carry out
all other construction works ordered by the client specifically the interiors,
furnishing, the roof, and the window and door installations. Furthermore,
we also offer to build and create beautiful logged products also made
 from the same materials we use with our cabins, also made by the hands
of our excellent and highly-trained specialists.
- We perform all general construction works of constructing log cabins
starting from the planning and laying the foundation up to the finishing
and furnishing. The services we provide will be top-notch and we believe
that the cabin should be built not by our own imagination but for your
own benefit and enjoyment.
- We offer both construction of the cabin as a complete solution or as a
salary word only. In the case of the latter, we will build and construct the
“shells” or the outer walls of the cabin together with the rafters and
everything else will be provided and handled by you giving you all the
freedom to determine the design, construction, and the materials to be
used for the whole structure. With us you are not considered as a client
but as a partner in building your dream log house.
- In addition, we also install beautiful and quality oak floorings and skirting

to rush the building process that is why the client should expect that the
whole project can take up to one year within this contain the planning
and design, application of permits, collection and transport of the
needed materials, production process, construction, and finishing of the
cabin. Also, depending upon the size of the house or cabin, it can take up
to 3 months to produce the log walls for a typical 120-150 m2 house, and
the erection of the walls will take about 3-4 days and the construction
work itself of the cabin on the desired site of the client may take 2-3

 The main project and design of the log house will be
handled by our team of professionals and to be
approved by you. All technical and construction
processes will be explained and simplified, and any
 modification and suggestions will be considered by the

 We will handle all general construction works from the
foundation of the log house to the completion of the
cabin itself including the interior works, electricals, and
the plumbing. Rest assured that we follow a strict

months to produce log walls (for a typical 120-150 m2
house). The assembly of the walls takes 3-4 days and
the construction work on the site may take2-3 months.

o The lumber used is from fir and pine trees which are pre-dried and
of an excellent standard carefully handpicked by our team of
specialists. All lumber used are locally sourced and are guaranteed
to meet all industry standards imposedin order for it to smoothly
retrofit with your log house.
 Timber/Metsamaterjal
 We mainly use pine logs and timber with 27-36cm in
diameter which are sown on two sides into 20cm thick
logs. Generally, we only use classical logs for our log
cabins which is known to withstand the cold and heat
of the outside, and are tested to ensure that it passes
all quality control specifications.
 Building Material/Ehitusmaterjal
  The building materials we use are a mixture of
traditional and of the modern. Classical logs are used
for our log cabins which are stitched with Norwegian or
fishtail studs, additionally, the walls may be
incorporated with Timber frame technology. We
believe that the classic and the modern can be
