Clear zone test
Out of 38 isolates, only 19 were grown Screening of PET degrading bacteria
efficiently on the MSM-agar medium within 1- Emulsifying medium

Conclusions
Depending on the results obtained from
this study, the conclusions may be given:
1. Widespread studies on the degradation of
plastics have been carried out in order to
overcome the environmental problems
associated with synthetic plastic waste.
Biodegradation of plastics by
microorganisms seems to be the most
