CHAPTER II

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

Management aspect of our business includes the personal plan, qualifications and

descriptions of the employees, salary and their benefits. It also contains the form of our

printing business, together with the organizational chart and the policies of our business for

the both benefits of employees and customers.

FORMS OF ORGANIZATION

Our business is in the form of Limited Partnership compose of 1 General Partner, who

is liable for managing the business and has the highest share in the business, and 3 Limited

Partners who provide certain amount of shares.

PERSONNEL PLAN

The Rapid Ink Printing Services hire (1) Layout editor, who will make a fresh concept

and out of the box design execution that would impress our clients, (1) cashier, who will

assist customers, receive orders and payments, (1) Machine Operator, who is knowledgeable

in operating and preparing machines, (1) Assistant Operator who will help the Machine

operator for the fastest result of processing the orders. The operating hours of Rapid Ink is 8

hours, from Monday-Saturday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Layout editor

-is the one who creates visual concepts using computer. He develops the overall

graphic designs for tarpaulin, t-shirt, mugs, invitations and other personalized designs. He is

also assisting the customer in the absence of cashier.

Machine Operator

-is responsible for installing or removing parts & supplies such as rollers, tape,

printing plates, screens cylinders & etc. He/she operates the different machines using the

appropriate material.

Cashier

-is the one who assists customers in the business, collects payment, taking orders in

every transaction and giving appropriate change to our beloved customers.

Assistant Operator

-is the one who will help the Machine operator for the processing of orders.
