queen/single beds, designed to allow for maximum connection with the

Superior Studio (54 units):

Single or two-storey buildings of contemporary Lanna style architecture, with
two, four or six units respectively with stunning views of lush garden in well
cared environmental surroundings. Each studio has a living area of 52 square
meters consisting of an air-conditioned bed-room, open-sala living area and
a tropical semi out-door bathroom. The bedrooms are appointed with either
king or queen / single beds and a day bed which converts to an extra bed.

Other features include: personal safe deposit box, tea & coffee making
facilities, telephone / internet connection, CD/DVD mini stereo, satellite TV,
Minibar, hairdryer and baby cot.

Deluxe Studio (12 units):

Single storey buildings of contemporary Lanna style architecture, with two
studios per unit with stunning views of lush garden in well cared environmental
surroundings. Each studio has a living area of 52 square meters consisting of
an air-conditioned bed-room, open-sala living area and a tropical semi out-
door bathroom. The bedrooms are appointed with either king or queen /

an air-conditioned bed-room, a living area and a tropical semi out-door
bathroom with a double size bathtub featuring a relaxing jet massage. The
bedrooms are appointed with either king or two single beds and a day-bed
which converts to an extra bed.

Grand Deluxe studio (63 Sqm.)

Pool Villas with one bedroom and private swimming pool (2 units/2 rooms):
Situated right at the river front with uninterrupted view over the Kok river, the
Pool Villas feature a bedroom connecting to an extensive outdoor living area,
private swimming pool (11 square meters) featuring a relaxing jet massage
and a tropical garden with a total living space of 120 square meters
(including swimming pool).

The spacious bedrooms are appointed with king size beds as well as a
daybed and writing desk. Separate walk-in closets with dressing area lead to
the bed room and the tropical semi out-door bathroom with jet or Thai style
shower. The terrace has a private bar situated next to the swimming pool and
garden.

Situated right at the river front with uninterrupted views of the Kok river, these
Pool Villas feature two bedrooms connecting to an extensive outdoor living
area, private swimming pool (11 square meters) featuring a relaxing jet
massage and a tropical garden with a total living space of 165 square meters
(including swimming pool).

The spacious master bedroom is appointed with king size beds as well as a
sitting area and writing desk. The tropical semi out-door bathroom with a
double size bath tube featuring a relaxing jet massage. The terrace offers
deck chairs and a swing sofa situated next to the swimming pool and garden.
The smaller twin bedroom is Ideal for children since it includes a connecting

Disable Facilities:
The entire resort is accessible by wheel chair. A Twin Superior Studio has been
fitted with an extra large entrance door and a special bath room where
shower and toilet are both in the same area including the necessary handle
bars. This studio has a connecting door to a double studio and we provide
free wheel chair use as well.

Food & Beverage Facilities:

Riverside Restaurant ‘Sala Rim Nam’ – This open-air restaurant, overlooking the
Kok River, features a show kitchen and serves traditional Thai favorites as well
as International delights. An acoustic guitar player entertains you everyday of
the week. The restaurant is open from 6 am to 11 pm (last food order at 10
pm).
‘Wine Casa Bar & Italian Restaurant’ – At the Wine Casa, our mission is to bring
you wines from all over the World and serve you high quality Italian cuisine.
Enjoy your evening either in the comfort of an air conditioned room or on the
open-air terrace. Dine at a friendly Italian Trattoria with freshly cooked pizza
from the wood-fire oven.
Suan Chainam Restaurant – 40 seat garden restaurant, located on the Mae
Kok River Bank, amidst tall shade trees. Chai Nam is the perfect place to relax
in the evening with live music, cool draft beer or tasty cocktails. you will find
yourself coming back again and again.
Seminar Room ‘Ouh Kham Hall’ – 80 seat multi-purpose seminar room at the
river front is the perfect venue for business and private events.
Room Service – A limited menu is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The Chiang Saen Spa

A tropical outdoor spa with natural herbal treatments in its steam sauna and
a rock-pool featuring a waterfall and jacuzzi attached; or individual massage
and treatment in air-conditioned rooms or out-door salas, overlooking the Kok
river.
Infinity-edge swimming pool
Nestled between shady trees, the free-size infinity-edge swimming pool sits
right next to the river, providing a welcome refresher when returning from
exciting excursions. Featuring a relaxing jet massage all incorporated in the
pool for ultimate enjoyment and as a compliment to the Chiang Saen Spa.
The shallow area of the pool is suitable for children in attendance of parents.
Fitness room
To enhance and encourage your continuing commitment to your health and
physical fitness, freshly renovated, is equipped with cardio equipments and a
“free weight’ area. We provide proper equipments to get you moving at our
fitness room next to the spa. With air conditioned and a flat screen TV, you
