IN FOND MEMORY OF SRI SRI VISHWESHA
THEERTHA SWAMIJI

Dear Swamiji,

Your smile inspired thousands of people in the world. Your blessing is always a bonus point in our life.
Whenever I hear the word Udupi, two things that always flash in my mind are Sri Krishna mutt, and you,
Poojya Swamiji. You were a saint that always taught everyone to serve god and lead by example, dedicating
your whole life to it. You are truly s role model to the world. Through your tireless work for the welfare of
mankind, especially for the children and the downtrodden you brought new reforms, transforming their lives
forever. Your values, your thoughts and your delightful wit surpassed all boundaries and attracted the young
and old alike, rallying them to your cause.  I will cherish the sweet memories I have of you all my life. As per my
understanding the two things you loved the most in the world were children and Gomatha. Your concern and
care towards these moved my me deeply. May your blessings guide me and our students to do the right
things, make the right choices, follow the right path, and steer us if we ever stray from it.

And do you know what I admire the most? Its the fact that you walked the path of truth, lived an honest life,
and that was the thing that made you the most powerful person in this society. May your life continue to
inspire many more in the future.

-Your Humble Devotee.
Your smile showers happiness
Your blessing showers success
Your presence showers holiness
Your words bring the divine.

OPINION FROM HEADBOY
When I was asked to give a message as the
head boy for the year 2019-20, all the memories
of these 3 years in Sri Ananteshwara English
medium high school, that were etched in mind
suddenly poured out and nostalgia hit
me like a tsunami hits a coast. I feel as
if all these memories, some dim, some elusive and some clear as crystal,
tell me that school is so much more than just grades, uniform, discipline
and assignments. I vividly remember the conversation with the Principal
on the day I was elected the head boy. She was very happy and
appreciated me for my privileged post and also thanked me for the
election format.
I would also like to share some life lessons that I personally live by and
wish that my juniors would follow too:
• Life is the one which runs fast, so enjoy it to the fullest….
• Try everything, so that later in your life you do not regret thinking ‘I
could have done that…..’
• Always try to do some good work like giving food  to the needy, helping
those that are specially abled and so on. I assure you, you’ll feel so
blessed….and remember, those good deeds bear sweet fruits in the
future.
I can definitely say that I have enjoyed my school experience, making so
many joyful memories. And being elected as the head boy of this
prestigious institution was like icing on the cake.
At last, I would just like to say, "Be yourself, because
you are unique and different”.

OPINION FROM HEADGIRL
Memories are a part of everyones life. People always
rememebers the good days they have had. There are some
good memories and some bad memories. The good
memories are the good experience one gets in life.
My good memories include my high school life.
Time flies so fast, looking back, my highschool life is the best
three years as well as the most educational years. Each year was special
and unique. I've been a student at S.A.E.M.H.S since class 8th,
I remember the first day I entered this building, it was not just a building, it
was a place that slowly but surely over the next 3 years I could call home. I
rememeber my first day at school. I can still feel how warmly I was welcomed at
the school. I wasn’t as nervous as I thought I would’ve been, all my teachers
were extremely kind.
As I said time flies so fast and now im in 10th
std. Along with tons of studies we had a lot of fun, during teachers day and
childrens day celebrations. And also we enjoyed a lot during annual day. All
these are very wonderful moments.
This year I became the headgirl of this school which was a
totally unexpecterd situation that happened to me. Being headgirl this year has
been a great experience. At the beginning it was little difficult and I was
nervous. But overall the experiences helped to learn a lot about myself and
leadership qualities.
I feel sad when I think about how after a few months I would
not be passing through the same corridor interacting with teachers, playing in the
ground, yet the school will always remain second home for us all.
Iam extremely grateful to all my teachers who guided me
throughout, remained so supportive, stood by me in hard times. Our HM has
alwaus been an inspiration for us all. I will always be thankful for her
support
The highschool memories are the invaluable part. This school
has taught me to be better than yesterday. All the joys of highschool life are
surely countless, Indeed the school days are the best of my life.

The Writer's Realm
We as an institution believe writing must
be an important part of our curriculum as it
is a pivotal form of communication in all
walks of life and writing enchances
childrens intelligence and critical thinking
skills. Our teachers mould students into
language oriented people and help them to
dissect relevant information.
MY COUNTRY MY DREAM

I am an Indian, my country is India.

I am proud to be an Indian. India is a
country where people of all religions
live. It is a country of intelligence, excellence and
many talented people. The population of the country
is rising day by day. India is a country of genius
people from the ancient times. India was a rich
country in the ancient times and many kings ruled
here and many foreign people have invaded us and
looted. India got independence after the British rule
and at that time wealth of the country was at the
critical stage. India has produced many great people.
Now India is in a developing stage. There are many
employment opportunities. My dream is to see India
in the top most places in all stages. India has many
wonderful places to visit. Indians are involved in
every field, such as job, sports, education etc all over
the world. And Indians are trying to be supreme and
it is a country with unity in diversity. There are lots of
forests, animal, wild life sanctuaries, many rivers,
lakes and snow clad mountains  across the nation.

DEMOCRACY AND DISCIPLINE
Good order and discipline are the very life and breath of
civilized life. What a world of difference exists between a disciplined
unity of army and that of a mob!
Discipline may be of two kinds, one that is imposed from
outside and the other that comes from within. It is the latter
discipline that feeds and is fed by democracy. The kind of discipline
is a dictatorship, a steel frame into which everybody has to fit
oneself.
The british are the most democratic people in the world. This
democratic experiment started in the 13th century. The democratic
spirit therefore has been infused in their very soul and this has made
them a disciplined nation. This sense of discipline is most evident in
times of war.
During the second world war, when the bombs were raining on
London, the Englishman steeled himself to go about his job,
undisturbed by what was happening.

When regulations was introduced every Englishman accepted it

with full sense of responsibility and discipline. No one, however
highly placed he was, would abuse his position to obtain more than
his due. This is a sign of maturity prudence and self discipline. We
Indians have to go a long way before we can call ourselves
disciplined in the sense. The rationing system makes very
disgusting reading.Profiteering and black marketing are so
rampant In times of emergency when the enemy was knocking at
our gates, our businessmen cancelled stocks of kerosene oil and
petrol. When shall we learn to be disciplined sons and daughters of
the soil? Our present democracy is only skin deep.

MY COUNTRY MY DREAM
Hello fellow readers, I am proud to
call myself as an Indian, I am very grateful
to my motherland, so I wish to see it as
a place where everyone is happier, richer,
and healthier. My dream country would have all these qualities
of people.

India has the second most population in the world. Though few
people are selfish and there is injustice, every person has a heart
that shows deep love towards others and has very high moral
strength in them. Now, India is being developed through good
leaders. India shows equality in all spheres. India has the highest
technological growth
in the world. Along with technology, it supports all cultures and
traditions.
There is also increase in employment opportunities and decrease
in corruption and gender discrimination, the gap between rich
and poor is being decreased rapidly. I also wish that my dream
country had education to all and no discrimination in caste or
gender. The reason India is my dream country is it supports both
technology and culture.

Though my contribution is very less
to this country, but if all of us unite together and make my dream
country
true, India would be the best place to stay and live a life like it
should be.

The Pleasure of Reading
Books are our best companions.
Our friends may sometimes
refuse to help us. Sometimes they may
not be in a position to reach out to us
due to illness or some other inconveniences.
But books are always ready to come
to our help. We can listen to their words and receive
comfort from them.
Reading a book is like talking to its author. We listen to
their words. Then we talk to him/her, we get inside the
mindset of silence. We feel comforted.
Some book gives the ideas that remove our loneliness.
When we read a book we’re not merely conversing with the
author but rather we participate in the life and the world of
the author. Example: When the author describes ancient
Greece or Rome, we feel that we’re in the ancient Greece or
Rome.
Books have the capacity to transport us to the past, and we
feel that the ancient heroes are our companions. In case of
a novel we feel that the characters are alive and share our
experience. By reading a novel we can travel round the
world or journey with the characters sitting in our own
room.

“the life of energetic nation”.
Our country, India is one of the richest,
happiest, healthiest and wealthiest country.
It has cities, towns and villages. Some are developed, some are
developing and few villages are backward.
There is a famous proverb "see a country, read a book". By this
we can say that many ancient people have written about our
country India in many languages. Many invaders invaded India to
loot the richest country. India has many mountain ranges with
rivers, waterfalls and beautiful valleys, wild animals, sandal
wood forests etc. It has many attractive coastal lines, historical
places, temples which grand sculptures, religious centers, places
of pilgrimage and it attracts people from the various foreign
countries.
India is having a large population and also a high literacy
rate. Most of the people who live in India are educated and are
qualified for the higher jobs in international levels. India is one of
the most beautiful countries. I am a citizen of India. The Indian
constitution has been formed and this gives all the necessary
powers to its citizens.
India is a united country and it will be united till the last
breath. I love my country and I fight for my country for its
progress and success.

MY COUNTRY MY DREAM
As I expect India to be in future,
it must be a country where people
must come seeking jobs and not the
people of India migrating to other
countries looking for jobs. It must only have the
values of peace and brotherhood
in it, Not of discrimination and cruelty. India must be a
dreamland like Paris or London where many people
come from other counties. I do not expect India to
be a country like America, Japan or Britain. I just want
it to grow unique and also to an unreachable height.
All the citizens of India must learn to help each other,
rather than just posting topics on social media. I want
to see India to grow to a unique and untouchable
height. Gandhiji’s dream of Ramaraj must be the
dream of every individual and all must work together
to make that dream come true

THE WORLD OF CHEMICALS- BOON OR
CURSE

Humans are the most advanced and
intelligent species in the universe.
One of their greatest invention in
science is advancement in chemical industry
. As an individual we are aware of the impact
of the chemical industry on medical science, technology,
cosmetics and the like. It exists in each and every sphere of
our life and is the most important part in one’s life.
Medical science completely depends
on chemical industries and its advancement. There was a
time when diseases such as tuberculosis, typhoid, malaria
and pneumonia were considered to be incurable
but advancement in research, techniques in medical science
has not only allowed progress but also new forms of cancer
have become curable, they have even assisted to build atomic
science, polymer paper, dyes, drugs, plastic, fertilizers, food,
petrol, chemicals and many more. In our daily life one is
exposed to
toxic chemicals and radiation from a wide range of sources.
Some of these exposures can also increase the risk of breast
cancer, however too much exposure to the world of chemicals
can be harmful even exposure to chemically treated water. It
is very important to be careful and vigilant about
materials that are made up of chemicals

MY COUNTRY MY DREAM
India is my beautiful mother land.
India is a wonderland. It is a democratic
country. Many temples, mosques, churches,
monuments can be found here.
My dream about my motherland is that all the people of
India are healthy and disease free. I hope India to be a
clean country and a corruption free country. And I hope
the clashes and fights between us and also between India
and Pakistan to calm down . Soon India, a land of pride will
be the nation which is best among all the other countries. I
hope all other countries respect our mother India

India is a land of pride,
I am always on India’s side.
You’re a wonderland
And my beautiful mother land

Our soldiers fight with the enemies To
keep their motherland calm and in peace. I am
a son of mother India, I
love my mother India. East
or west, India is the best

MY COUNTRY MY DREAM
My country is India. Our country is
rich in natural resources.
We celebrate different festivals and live happily.
Our country supports all types of religions. Sometimes we
cooperate but sometimes for our own selfish needs we go for
communal clashes. People here go for their own religion to
support and not who is right and telling truth. So sometimes
there is complete injustice

We citizens have a deep love towards our motherland, as Indians
we try to develop our country through many way such as
technological growth. All of us are treated equally and this is no
equality as per the appearance for constitution, like olden days
there is no gender
discrimination. Women are enjoying higher posts, there is no
castism or corruption.

Our constitution brought a law that all the children should be

educated till they are 14 years of age. Due to this unemployment
is decreased to some extent, high moral strength is taught and we
practice it from birth. There are gaps between rich and poor, but
I am sure later it will vanish and we will live happily, healthier
with no fights and live as a single family and work together to
achieve the fame of being in a developed country.
 I love my country India

MY COUNTRY MY DREAM
I was born in this land called India.
This is my country .
I love my country very much .
It is very rich in natural
resources , traditions, customs, rituals.
All the people of India are living
happy in this country. I am very proud to be Indian .
but in olden days there was no education to poor ,
girls and lower castes, they had no right to participate
in many rituals. Gender discrimination , child marriage
were also in practice.
But now a days there is advancement in technology
and architecture . Now all have right to education,
Women also get equal right as men. My  dream is that
India should stand in the first place among richest
countries. I like that my country should not do
injustice to its citizens, no inequality in boys and girls.
Govt should give equal rights to both, all over India.
Corruption, castism, child marriage should stop, only
then my dream of India can come true.

3 YEARS IN ANANTHESHWARA
This all began during the end of my
7th std that I had come to this school
for my admission . The journey of next
3 years in this school had begun here
in 8th standard we all met and became friends. Till
then, we were not even knowing each other, became
best friends.
We enjoyed in this school, played, laughed and did lots
of stuff. And now three years have passed by. I am very
sad that one day I should leave this school and go, but
I'm happy that we have made good friends and will
take good memories with me.
This school has shaped me as a civilized person. We
have been given amazing teachers and have made so
many amazing friends. Most importantly I'm proud
that, I am a part of this school. This has made me to
make the best memories in past three years which Iwill
remember forever
In this way I have panned the past three years in this
school, but still I am a part of this
school by memories.

MY BEST FRIEND
Myself Bhagya Shree of 10th
std. I am writing the article about my high
school best friends. Those friends were
my dearest friends of shri Anantheshwara English medium
high school. I started from 8th std in Anantheshwara. I was
very lonely at first because no one were my  friends. Then
after a few days one girl who is very quiet in nature started to
talk with me, she is my first best friend in this school. Her
name is Shrejal. Then I started talking with everyone and
everyone started to make friends. And my first three best
friends were Vaibhavi, Vaishnavi and Shrejal and one more of
my bestest friend is Vidhathri. After that, when I came to 9th
std our class place change was done. I was sitting with three
students, one of them was my present very dearest friend.
She looks very quiet in nature but no, she is a scholar in
studies and very good in drawing, dance etc. She is Swathi
and she helped me
by teaching me tough concepts and she is very fun minded
and her thinking, likings and others are almost same. And we
became the best friends in 9th and closest friend in 10th std.
She had 2 best friends and they were Mayuri and Harshitha.
Harshitha is very quiet in nature by looks but she is very
funny and Mayuri is straight forward and bold in nature. Both
of them are scholars. Now they are also my closest and
dearest friends. These are the friends of my high school in Sri

BEST FRIENDS I MET IN MY HIGH SCHOOL LIFE
My name is Swathi Shenoy, I'm from 10th std.
I started from 8th standard in Anantheshwara.
I met many awesome people in my
three years journey and many who I
have talked to till now!
I got three best friends by god’s grace, they are very
special to me in my life. We share everything which happens
to us in daily basis. Harshitha, my buddy from primary
school and we were sharing everything from our house
matters, scolding, breakfast, dinner, lunch and everything.
Mayuri is also one of my best friend from primary school,
she is a kind of a practical person, elderly behavior, gives
suggestions etc. Sometimes in the class, trying to answer
slowly for me If I’m not knowing. Another so special person I
met in my 9th STD was Bhagyashree, I like her personality,
thinking… almost everything, we both think the same
sometimes. For me she seems to be acting like mad,
sometimes for her I seem to be acting like mad but we both
think in a same way, act in a same way. I wish all of my
friends to be in touch with me in my life and they are coming
to the same college or not I don’t know. But I wish for
their bright future

MY HIGH SCHOOL LIFE
My life in school was very nice. When
I entered this school, I
was feeling as if I was alone
in this school.
I felt difficult to make friends.
But then however I made some friends. I was nervous to
talk to everyone but
then I felt comfortable to talk gradually.
My 8th standard experience was very enjoyable and
joyous. We laughed, sang songs, enjoyed a lot. All the
teachers, especially
Krishnaveni mam became my favorite mam.
In 10th standard we enjoyed like anything. We played,
laughed, sang songs. On annual day, I still remember
that all my friends played
Anthakshari, which was the memorable thing ever. On
Children’s day, we had a
competition called cooking without fire, on that day we
enjoyed a lot by eating
different dishes.
I will miss this school a lot. This school gave me every
lesson of my life
Thank you teachers and friends

MY HIGH SCHOOL LIFE
School life is particularly best life for a person
and that too high school part is the most
enjoyable. I joined Anantheshwara
in the year 2017. I was adjusted to the
Bangalore environment. It took me time me to adjust. The
first day was interesting because I didn’t have my old
friends over here so I had to make new friends. I didn’t get
sleep the night before the opening of my school. It took
almost two days to get adjusted to this school. I felt it
interesting, so these are starting days of my highschool life.
In 8th standard I met good friends, we used to discuss about
various topics. I got to know the type of education system
in Udupi. It was an awesome experience. Teachers in my
school found out my talent and made me to increase my
talent in the field. They made my base strong and also now
my skills have been increased. I like PT period because in
Bangalore we had to travel around 1 km to reach the
ground. Here its just merely meters away and the ground is
also sufficiently big. I enjoyed these moments. Playing
was lot more interesting in 9th std because of
the type of questions it asked. Science period was
interesting because we got some information other than
mere text book knowledge.
If I will be a successful person,  I will dedicate it to the
teachers who are
the base of my life.

MY COUNTRY MY DREAM
I love my country India. My India must
be richer than other country, All the
people must be happier in our country
should be far from enemies. There are
so many beautiful places which was built by Moghuls
and Marathas. There are 29 states and 7 union territory.
The Capital of India is Delhi. Our country is still
developing country. India is good at technology.
Soldiers are protecting us and our country. We have to
respect them, Narendra das damodar modiji has started
Swachh Bharath. It was the goal of Mahatma Gandhi. Fit
India was started by Modiji in 2019. I wish our India
should be fit and stronger than other country. If we have
cooperation between Indians we can make India better
than other countries. India's education must be
improved. In olden days there was a discrimination
between poor and rich people but nowadays poor
people are enjoying high posts. If political leaders are
united together our country can be achieved and can be
strong. My dream is India must be happiest and richest
country

Black
Black is my favorite
colour
You will see black in the
dark of night
When the black cat prowls and the small bat
bites
Black is the colour of the night
In it twinkle stars too bright
Black is the colour of shadows
Black is the  colour of mystery
Black is the sense of fashion and style
When combined with other colours black is
power
Black is the colour of evil hidden in your soul
Black is the colour of hate and tears we force
to hold
Black is the colour of love that’s been torn
apart
And black is the colour everyone has

MY HIGH SCHOOL LIFE
It was a wonderful journey
of 3 years at Anantheshwara English
Medium high school. I had a successful
and memorable journey in this school.
As I enjoyed with my friends, teachers guided and helped
me.
The school taught me how to be a successful person i.e.
person should always be of helping nature to others and kind
to others.
This school guided me in everything, how to learn how to be
an ideal person and much more. At first, I had a wonderful
start. I was in 8th on the first day of school, I was so excited
and cherished. I have learnt how to respect elders, teachers
and parents. This school also provided me a lot of friends.
I also liked the cultural programmes conducted in the school.
I was interested in learning and this school guided me in
learning
Every teacher helped me in studies. They are really a guiding
light for us.
So this high school life was the most enjoyable one.

REPUBLIC DAY
January 26 is our republic day
we celebrate this day every year.
It was on this day in 1950 that India
became a soverign, democratic and
had a constitution of its own.
The republic day is celebrated all over the country with
great enthusiasm and pomp and show. In Delhi it is
celebrated amidst great enthusiasm and joy.
A special parade is held on this day. Early in the morning
people begin to assemble at Raj Path and other places
from Rajapath to Redfort to watch the parade. The
president of India takes salute.
A processsion starts from vijay chowk. All the three
wings of armed forces take part in the parade. There is a
display of various armed tanks, big guns and other
weaponary of war. Military bands play different tunes,
NCC cadets and the police also participates in the
parade.
They are followed by the tableaux from the different
states folk dances are also held. Boys and girls of local
colleges and schools march in precision and sing

MY INDIA MY DREAM

We are the citizens of India and

we are responsible for the development
of the country. The country should be
develop and be richer than all the countries. But
our country is standing in 8th position in the
world.
The people of other countries like america are
working hard and improving themselves day by
day. So people in India should work like them and
improve our country. Our country has no. 1
corruption in the world. The politicans are looting
money excessively every day from the people
hence the national income is not improving
according to our satisfaction. If the political
leaders are using their power for development of
the country India will be the number one country
in the world in all fields in the world. I am
patiently waiting for the time
