 This project aims to reduce and minimize the effects of disasters within the area of
barangay 471. This is done by raising the awareness of people by educating them
on what to do in times of an emergency.

Requirement Elicitation
SPECIFIC:
The projects plan is to conduct disaster and fire awareness seminars to the local
barangay. The goal of this plan is to be able to raise awareness on the effects of
natural disaster and also to make the locals knowledgeable on what to do in any
emergency scenario.

MEASUREABLE:
The outcome of the project can be measured by conducting monthly emergency
Objective drills and observe if evacuation is efficient.
(Follow the
S.M.A.R.T format) ATTAINABLE:
Being around colleges and universities, having volunteers to conduct the
seminars are easier. It is attainable since seminars don’t need much resources to
conduct.
RELEVANT:
This will raise awareness on the effects of natural disasters

The projects will be implemented during around Q1 of 2020 and will end during the
start of Q2

● The project will no guarantee 100% effective as some people can opt not to
