launching of the newest variety of

February By February 5, the company will be Marketing team

opinion about the new flavors that
will be introduced by the company.
March By March 10 all data should be Survey team/ business
gathered from the customers for analysis team
analyzation purposes and by March
15, there will be final revisions of the
product ingredients/design/features
in accordance of the customer’s
preferences.
April By April 15, there will be an Sales and marketing team
evaluation of the potential revenues
and cost of the product. SWOT
analysis will also be prepared until the
end of the month.
May By May 5, there will be free taste on Sales staff
our new siomai flavors, new sauce and
drinks proposed to a limited number of
population to get feedbacks from the
said population on what improvements
can be applied to the introductory
products.
June By June 10, the company will analyze Marketing team
possible errors and determine ways to Business analysis team
improve the product. By June 15, the
company will produce the final
sample of the product and will be the
launching of the Student Meal, it is a
rice meal with siomai.
July By this month, there will be a Production team
production of the new flavor to
introduce it to a number of selected
buyers.

August By August 15, Test Marketing will be Business analysis team


conducted where there is a sample
product to the selected buyers.
Analyzing the reactions of the
potential buyers and the proper
advertisement to be use.
September Finding suitable location for the Business analysis team

October Finding effective and efficient Marketing team
