Dear Peter,

We read your blog post on your blog, the-sidebar.com. This blog post has some inaccurate and misleading
information.

1) You did not talk to a company´s representative. You talked to a customer service agent with very little or no
knowledge about the product´s background and you transferred your interpretation of these statements as true to your
blog. She offered you to contact us via email to find the truth, but we never received any questions from you.
Publishing these incomplete and inaccurate statements is very misleading and simply wrong.

2) We are not the only producers of Y-Axis traction straps. We cannot assure that Dr Joseph Cipriano is using our tool.
Maybe a deeper investigation would help.

3) There is some literature regarding the Y-Axis stretching procedures.

5) Regarding medical trials and medical product statements you make in your blog: I do not know what our customer
service agent told you exactly, but the truth is that we do not market (marketing) our product as a medical product.

We never say they are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, nor prevent any disease or health condition. We never gave
misleading information regarding the benefits of this product, unlike other products we know you publicly (and maybe
rightfully) shame.

You can read online about what the FDA considers a medical product. There is duality: marketing claims and the use
(potential clients).

6)Regarding the medical products registration or approval process, you should revise the literature, as in the USA
there are "product codes" as in groups of products that do the same function. Our Y-Strap is within the group
HST: Apparatus, traction, non-powered. These products have been around for decades and have been proven (over
time and experience) to be safe to the public. Also it is classified as a Class 1 product, with low risk and no pre-market
notification.

As a conclusion: please remove these misleading statements from your website and, if you were so kind, do not
rectify your previous information with new information that goes totally in the other direction. As you will know, fake
news work with first impressions, and right now you are sending peoples guts and thoughts to a very dark place with
information that is either inaccurate or totally wrong.

Thanks for reading this, Peter, and honestly, keep pointing out companies and individuals that mislead patients with
treatments or drugs that do not do what they market themselves as. This is truly needed in the day and age of fake
news and UFO-pseudoscientific-treatments.

I reported:

a company representative informed me that the device is not registered with the FDA.

I thought Anna was quite knowledgeable about your product and I think your distinction between "customer
representative" and "customer service agent" is inconsequential. I didn't send a follow up e-mail because I had all the
information I needed for the scope of my item.

Apparently you didn't read my letter to the SC licensing dept. which includes:

If he's not using your device, why are you using his video clips to sell it? In any event, if you are concerned that he is
not using your company's device, do you intend to remove his video clips from your company's website?

If there have been any clinical trials published in peer-reviewed journals, please provide citations & copies.

I didn't report that you did. I reported that Mr. Cipriano uses it for treating his patients.

I also have a suggestion. Why don't we use this exchange as an opportunity to attract attention from news media in
Seville or elsewhere in Spain? I can share my letter to the South Carolina licensing dept. and you could share your
points of view re: the benefits of your company's device, etc?

Finally, who invented the "Y-Strap"? Has it been patented and, if so, would you please send me a copy?
