The Republic of Banana herewith today sets out its constitution, wherein some basic regulations are set to
oppose the moral direction of those who use such moral direction to prejudice:

 There shall be established a book of lies defined as history that is the psychological result of tales of
conspiracy made by others.
 Government officials should not mind their speeches and ignore them assuming that others will
remember what they claim to deliver as a promise to the democracy, and, that the colleagues who
work with them may find non-binding on their own occupational responsibilities due to a structure of
grades that allows them to exonerate themselves from responsibility, occupational, social, and
oriented towards the community that they serve.
 There shall be a binding code of ethics that gives the integrity officer right to investigate the
professional affairs of other professional officers. Wider goals were set by politicians before the
publishing of this book who might not deserve being mentioned in this version of the script.
 There shall be a book, which books all ethics and creates a vision for the future, and this will
encompass the way by which the design is to be implemented and monitored, and, there will be a
perfect way that design will complement its original objectives, and, there will be a perfect system
that will arbitrate over breaches of law in a manner that is convenient and conventional to all
stakeholders including those who have tort and those who have no tort, out of evidence or its lack
thereof.
 Bureaucracy is a way of controlling our lives, however, at times the formal decision is seen to be
postponed without purposeful and reasonable basis, but merely by procedure, and, although one has
the right to ask for a professional review, this right is not enforceable and may be carried out by the
professional himself or herself who requires confirmation.
 It is a vague notion of how certain investigative agencies are not using very targeted samples to phish
for information that may or may not be legitimate; this is a waste of time for many and time is
valuable for many people.
 Trespassing rights is taken for granted in socially accepted processes that are managerial, and, some
managers attempt to bypass this right by quoting their right to information, thus creating an implied
emotional prejudice on the person whose data is analysed at times unfairly, the issue of privacy that
creates grounds for being more socially responsible needs more cultural studies in this respect.
