of the busiest businesses in terms of operations. With around 1600 stores serving
around 1.8 billion cups of coffee to India and other countries, CCD gather a large amount
of data in day to day operations. Looking to support this business growth, CCD was
looking to adopt a CRM which allows a large amount of roaming workforce to use it on the
