Basic steps for submission of a Research Project Proposal

If the PO wants to implement a research project, the PO shall prepare a Terms of

Reference (ToR) at the preliminary submission stage.

If the project proposal is short-listed, the PO needs to search for potential Lead Project
Researchers, share the ToR with them and collect their Technical and Financial
Proposals aimed to fulfill requirements stated in the ToR.

PO submits the best two Technical and Financial Proposals fulfilling the ToR, at the final
submission stage, to the CCO.

Total project budget cannot exceed USD 80.000 for Research Projects.

The parts shown in yellow colour will be filled out in the final stage of the project
submission period if the Project Proposal is short-listed.
