REGISTRATION

The conference will take place under the aegis of the Congress of the Humanities and Social
Sciences Federation of Canada. CATS is not responsible for registration or lodging at the
Congress. Also note that you are requested to reserve accommodation before the end of
March. For Congress registration and accommodation information, please visit the
Federation for the Humanities and Social Science’s website

congress@ideas-idees.ca). Note that in addition to the registration fee you will have to pay
an “association fee,” to be determined in early 2020.

YOUR REGISTRATION FOR THE CONGRESS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
FEE FOR CATS. It is in your best interest to become a member of CATS and pay a lower
“association fee” in addition to receiving the journal TTR for the duration of your
membership! If you are not already a member, you should join by writing to our Treasurer,
Ryan Fraser, at the School of Translation and Interpretation, University of Ottawa, 70 Laurier
Ave East, Ottawa (Ontario), K1N 6N5, or at ryan.fraser@uottawa.ca.

The annual fee for regular members is $95 CAD, and the fee includes a subscription to the
CATS journal, TTR. If you are a full-time student, the annual membership fee is $31.50 CAD.
