Abstract

This study discusses the bullying as a predictor of violence and anti-social behavior

of senior high school students in Bucal National High School. Bullying use superior

strength or influence to immediate, typically to force him or her to do what one wants.

Bullying and harassment in our school has become a growing national epidemic and the

spectrum of victimization is increasing with the growth of the technology, social

networks, and anonymity Is affords bullies. Intervention and prevention are important

with regard to preventing youths from becoming bullies in the first place and by

extension. Bullying has growth to become such a perceive part of our school culture that

it could very well be presenting our youth with their first exposure to violence,

delinquency, and aggression and translate into severe long-term consequence for them.

According to the data gathered, most of the respondents’ experience bullying. Bullying

discourages students to attend classroom they also having difficulties to socialize to

others and also experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem. In overall bullying has a

negative effect on the victims. The researchers recommend to the students, parents and

teachers to seek more knowledge about the impact of bullying the researchers also

recommend to future researchers to have a deeper question about how bullying affects

the ability of every students in socializing. Guidance is a must for further studies that

would be conducted, deeper knowledge and wisdom must be applied with

understandable topic.
