 1955¬1966 — studied at the secondary school №2 in Gusar region 1977-1982 - educated at University
of Foreign Languages
 1966¬1971 — studied at Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of foreign language (present AUL) on a
speciality “The German language”
 Since 1993 has been working as a senior teacher of the Department of the German and French
languages of BSU

 1971 graduated from Azerbaijan State Pedagogical Institute of languages named after M.F. Akhundov
 1985-1987- the senior laboratory assistant in Research institute on national schools of the Ministry of

1972-1973 worked as an organizer in CC of the Azerbaijan Komsomol

1977-1978 scientific employer in Research Institute of Pedagogic
1978-1982 was on business trip in Republic of Guinea as specialist of “Aeroflot” representation in
Conakry
 1982-1985, worked as a scientific worker in Research institute of Pedagogic
 1985-1987- the senior laboratory assistant Research institute on national schools of the Ministry of
Education of the USSR in Moscow
 1988-1993 years - Main adviser at the Centre of Labour Orientation of Trade Committee of Azerbaijan

International Law and International Relations of the Baki State University
