I. Introduction
A. Business Concept and Business Model

i.) Business Concept


Our product is Banana Chesse. It is affordable, tasty, crunchy, crispy,
and good to the health. It is rich in Vitamin B6 and a good source of Vitamin C, it`s also
a fat free product. The target consumer of this product is the students of San Jose
National High School.

ii.) Business Model


In order to raise the Banana Cheese Craze revenues we made the

prize of the product affordable to the consumer. Also, through hardwork of each
members to sell the product and be good in convincing the consumer to avail the
Banana Cheese. If the quality of the product did not reach the expectations of the
consumer there is a possibility that the business will fail. As we calculated, seven (7)
pesos per pack is the estimated prize of the enterprise product while the other expenses
will cost Php 250. In managing the cost of the expenses, it is needed to sell the product
for the return of the money that is used in the business. If ever the product will not be in
demand and will driven the cost that will be the critical factors, but this factors an be
controlled with the way of the product being sell. Capital is the big help that is given by
the enterprise while we saved a lot in the materials considering that we have it at home
and we can borrow some of it in the members. However, we still need to gain back the
money that the enterprise spend in the capital and that will bring out the competitive
edge of the members. We will divide the net profit into two and add the half to the first
capital that will help adding more produc. While the other half will be save in order to
fund the the growth of the project.
B. Business Goals
Vision:

We dream for this product to help the community to be healthier and serves as an
inspiration to the students to start doing and appreciating small business. Also, we
foresee for this product to grow and help each member to be better in term of business.
Mission:
The members of the group aim to earn money.
We aim to give the costumers a healthier food.
The members also want for this product to be able to grow.
Aid in achieving a healthier community.

C. The Business Offering and Justification


i.) Nature of the Business

It is a food service and product-oriented business. This project will focus in


providing a healthy product which is the Banana Cheese. Nevertheless, despite the
fact that we will only prepare one type of food, we intend to target the majority of the
students as it is more convenient for them to buy our product than jostling in the
canteen.
ii.) Rationale

The fundamental reason for this proposal is to help the student skip jostling in
the canteen. A greater help to contribute to our health and well-being is the main
goalof our product which is a nutritous food. The funding for the project comes from
the members of the group. However, the primary responsibility for supporting the
fund of the product that will benefits the whole group comes from the parents of the
members.

C. Contributions
1.) Micah Seranio- Assist or Supervise the members. Good in making people to
follow her command. Also have a share in the capital of the product.
2.) Maureen Joyce Gilbuena- Supervise the members and help making the
business plan of the group.
3.) Carla Bacus- Good in salestalk and dealing with people, also have a share in
the capital of the product.
4.) Divine Lahoz- Donated skillet and other utensils that an be use in creating our
product.

IV. The Target Consumers and The Main Value Proposition.


The target consumers are the teachers and the students in San Jose National
High School. The estimated product that will be sold is 48 packs out of 50 packs a day.
The price of this product is affordable so that the target costumers can afford it.
As Nature Teaches Us, Stop! Eat and Go!
We use tha nature because we ensure that the product will be healthy and the
costumers will experience no hassle in buying eat. In just a couple of second the
product will be given and can be eat right away.
V. The Market: Market Justification
A. Demand and Supply
The demand of our product in San Jose National High School is estimated by 48
packs a day and the supplies that we can produce is 50.
B. Industrial Analysis
In every aspects of business, there`s always a competitor but in our business,
the only competitor that we have is the school canteen and also those young
entreprenuer like us.
Social Environment - Since the choosen area is school, we can easily sold our
products specially there`s so many students in there and assure as to not lose our
profit. While the competitor is the young entreprenuer, whose planning to build a
business like us and also the schol canteen.
Economic Environment – Considering the daily allowances of the students of San
Jose NHS is at the average of Php 30.00 and above, the product we are selling will be
affordable for them because it`s only Php 7.00. There`s some cases that some students
is lack of money to afford our product, so the tendency is they`ll have a dept in our
business and that can viewed as a threat for us.
Ecological Environment – The source of our ingredients specially the banana are very
productive so the supply will be enough to support our product. But when the rainy
season occur, the possibility of the supply will be lessen.
Technological Environment – In cooking our product we are using LPG. It can be
view as both threat and oopportunity. A threat if we don`t use it wisely and carefully.
LPG is a dangerous technology that can cause fire if not properly use. However, it can
be use as an opportunity to our team because we can save a lot if we only use it wisely.
This technology can last upto 2 months depends on the product and that can be an
ooportunity to our group in terms of saving money that can be use as additional budget
for the product.

VI. The Product and Service Offering

A. Product

Our product is a Banana Cheese, a thin and oblong shape of sliced banana that
is covered inside of a square shape plastic. We decided to attach a paper with a
logo of our team and the name of the product. It is a healthy, tasty, crunchy and a
fat-free product that contains Vitamins C. A Vitamins that is a dietary supplement
and used to prevent and treat scurvy. It is an essential food nutrient.

B. Market Distribution

In selling our product we decide for it to be a hand to hand delivery. We give the
product to the buyer in a personal manner. In that way it will benefit them
considering that they won`t have to go to us instead we are going to them.

VII. The Enterprise Strategy & Enterprise Delivery System


A. Enterprise Stategy
In term of variety of food the canteen is the main competitor that we have. That
is why we think of the strategy of delivering hand to hand to the buyer
considering that they have to go to canteem just to buy foods. That will be the
main advantage of our group. We divided the group in to two or three depends
on the schedule and time. We agree to the dividing of the members so we can
save time ad reach the goal for the day.

VIII. The Financial Forecast and Expected Return, Risk and Contengencies

We expected and save 250 pesos for our capital overall. It include all the
raw ingredients used in our products. We expect a 25 pesos or 10% percent
return in our capital for our first day and we hope for it to grow each day.

Having no income or return capital is our biggest risk. It can happpen if our
product won`t sell and possibly won`t be loved or appreciated by our consumer.
In doing business, specially small business there are a lot of contengencies that
can possible happen like shortage of products or to much product.
IX. Environmental and Regulatory Compliance
In conducting a business their will always be a compliance and regulations.
In this matter we are responsible for our waste control to comply with the environmental
rules in our school. We will protect our members and the consumer from all the
hazardous or toxic waste.
X. Capital Structure and Financial Offering
Getting involved on food business is not that easy, there would be a compliance
on food safety regulations that will surely our business can meet our obligations and
comply with these regulations or else we`ll surely face fines or violations.
But in our case since we`re only a small business considering that we`re only
young students entreprenuers and we`re only in perimeter od San Jose National High
School. Our teacher would be the one who will check our products and give permit if it is
safe to eat or have harmful substances they will be the one who is going to facilitate us
on good services. With that being said, we will obey all the guidelines that they settled.
