I. Introduction
A. Business Concept and Business Model

members to sell the product and be good in convincing the consumer to avail the
Banana Cheese. If the quality of the product did not reach the expectations of the
consumer there is a possibility that the business will fail. As we calculated, seven (7)
pesos per pack is the estimated prize of the enterprise product while the other expenses
will cost Php 250. In managing the cost of the expenses, it is needed to sell the product
for the return of the money that is used in the business. If ever the product will not be in
demand and will driven the cost that will be the critical factors, but this factors an be
controlled with the way of the product being sell. Capital is the big help that is given by
the enterprise while we saved a lot in the materials considering that we have it at home
and we can borrow some of it in the members. However, we still need to gain back the
money that the enterprise spend in the capital and that will bring out the competitive
edge of the members. We will divide the net profit into two and add the half to the first
capital that will help adding more produc. While the other half will be save in order to
fund the the growth of the project.
B. Business Goals
Vision:
We dream for this product to help the community to be healthier and serves as an
inspiration to the students to start doing and appreciating small business. Also, we
foresee for this product to grow and help each member to be better in term of business.
Mission:
The members of the group aim to earn money.
We aim to give the costumers a healthier food.
The members also want for this product to be able to grow.
Aid in achieving a healthier community.
Objectives:
The fundamental reason for this proposal is to help the student skip jostling in
the canteen. A greater help to contribute to our health and well-being is the main
goalof our product which is a nutritous food. The funding for the project comes from
the members of the group. However, the primary responsibility for supporting the
fund of the product that will benefits the whole group comes from the parents of the
members.

A. Product
Our product is a Banana Cheese, a thin and oblong shape of sliced banana that
is covered inside of a square shape plastic. We decided to attach a paper with a
logo of our team and the name of the product. It is a healthy, tasty, crunchy and a
fat-free product that contains Vitamins C. A Vitamins that is a dietary supplement
and used to prevent and treat scurvy. It is an essential food nutrient.

Texture- Smooth
In selling our product we decide for it to be a hand to hand delivery. We give the
product to the buyer in a personal manner. In that way it will benefit them
considering that they won`t have to go to us instead we are going to them.

VIII. The Financial Forecast and Expected Return, Risk and Contengencies
We expected and save 250 pesos for our capital overall. It include all the
raw ingredients used in our products. We expect a 25 pesos or 10% percent
return in our capital for our first day and we hope for it to grow each day.
Having no income or return capital is our biggest risk. It can happpen if our
product won`t sell and possibly won`t be loved or appreciated by our consumer.
In doing business, specially small business there are a lot of contengencies that
can possible happen like shortage of products or to much product.
IX. Environmental and Regulatory Compliance
In conducting a business their will always be a compliance and regulations.
In this matter we are responsible for our waste control to comply with the environmental
rules in our school. We will protect our members and the consumer from all the
hazardous or toxic waste.
X. Capital Structure and Financial Offering
Getting involved on food business is not that easy, there would be a compliance
on food safety regulations that will surely our business can meet our obligations and
comply with these regulations or else we`ll surely face fines or violations.
But in our case since we`re only a small business considering that we`re only
young students entreprenuers and we`re only in perimeter od San Jose National High
School. Our teacher would be the one who will check our products and give permit if it is
safe to eat or have harmful substances they will be the one who is going to facilitate us
on good services. With that being said, we will obey all the guidelines that they settled.
