Kindly refer to the 100 Camels is being shifted from Rajasthan to Delhi by private transporter on
approved by BSF at Bikaner, adopting illegal practice, keeping in view as below:

G.S.R. 395(E): In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 read with section 31 of Indian
Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (52 of 1984) the Veterinary Council of India, with previous approval
of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations:

These regulations may be called, the Veterinary Council of India (Standard of Professional
Conduct, Etiquette and Code of Ethics, for Veterinary Practitioners) Regulations, 1992.
As per section 3: Declaration and oath by a Veterinarian:
Being admitted to the profession of veterinary medicine,
I solemnly swear to use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society through the
protection of animal health, the relief of animal suffering, the conservation of livestock resources,
the promotion of public health, and the advancement of knowledge in veterinary science.
I shall practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of
veterinary medical ethics.
I accept as a lifelong obligation the continuous improvement of my professional knowledge and
competence.
Please supply me the strict compliance of oath as taken by Veterinarians, registered with VCI,
while issuing permit for Camel shifting in goods transport vehicles along with all complaints deal
by Dr. S.K. Datta, Deputy Commissioner & Dr. Neelam Bala, Secretary of AWBI along with
Director of Animal Husbandry cum Secretary, Delhi Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Whereas article 51 A (g) also making us duty bound read with section 3 of the Prevention of
Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 then everywhere animals are being shifted as goods, veterinarian are
under oath, holding post of Secretary, AWBI with Member Secretary of State Animal Boards, why
they are issuing transport permit to load animals in abusive way, awake up.
