Project Overview

This project is a web based platform for Property Owners/Builders/Real Estate Agents to
advertise their properties/flats/apartments. Registered users would be able to display detailed
information regarding their properties including videos etc. on the website. Buyers would be
able to see the details of various properties along with videos and send queries to owners /
agents. We will have both Windows and Mac version.

Main Functionality Required

Property Owners/Builders/Real Estate Agents will get themselves registered with the website
and get a User Name along with the password. They could choose various registration packages
depending upon the number of properties to be advertised, duration etc.

Registered Users would download the tool from the website and enter details regarding their
properties including pictures and videos in it.

Tool could be used for following functions:

 To enter detailed information regarding property/flat/bungalow etc including.

 Enter address details, google map coordinates for property.

 Enter details of multiple properties.

 Enter pictures/videos/audio files.

 Create a complete virtual tour and upload it over the website.

 Download and update existing Tour.

Tool would allow Users to manage the start and end time of the video. User would be able to

The uploaded information could be seen by the interested buyers who could also send
messages to Property Owners/Builders/Real Estate Agents.

These messages will be displayed to Registered Users in their inboxes.

Scope of the Project

This Website will have three main Users:

Administrator: will have the overall control over the website. Administrator would be able to
add master data, register/activate/delete Users.

Registered User: will be able to download the customized tool from the website, enter
details of the property including videos and upload the information over the website and
receive messages from prospective buyers.

Notifications- Registered Users would be notified on mail/SMS regarding customers

query/request.

Customers: will be view virtual tours and send messages to property owners/real estate
agents.

Other Components

Customized tool: This tool will be used manage the complete information to be uploaded by
the registered User.

Revenue
There would be various modes of payment Cash, Check, credit card etc. thus Payment Gateway
(For ex. PayPal) would be required.

Tools to be used
We recommend “Ajax”, “Jquery” and “Java”, however final tools would be finalized after
discussions with client.
