Payment Terms: 100% Payment Advance at the time of confirmation of tour

 Minimum Guarantee shall be required with tour confirmation is 150 full paying adult, sharing on
Twin/Double sharing. Any drop out will attract cost increase
 Any additional service not mentioned in proposal and over to tour cost will be available at 10% service
charge. GST applicable on the final billing amount
 No rooms / Airline / Transport have been blocked, all are subject to availability at the time of confirmation
with advance payment
 In Case above Hotel is not available then we provide alternate better/equivalent option
 No reduction for triple sharing. Single supplement charges will be applicable, in case single room is booked
 This tour will be operated hassle free under standard conditions. Aabee holidays will not be responsible
for anything which is beyond of control like: Earthquake, Bad weather, political conditions, transport
strike, flight cancelation or any other natural or social calamity
 Transportation cost may vary, in case of fuel prices or taxes vary
 All guest need to follow the instruction of Tour leader so that they would not miss any attraction. Meals or
transfers. In case guest miss any transfer then he have to arrange it by himself and no refund will be
entertained in any case

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 25% cancellation within 30 days before travel – Land

 50% cancellation within 15 days before Travel – Land
 Any cancellation within 04 days will lead to 100% cancellation charge – Land
 Visa fees is one time fees for Indian National passport holder only and the same is no refundable
