1. La prima vizită trebuie să vă creați un cont. Odată ce ați reușit o să completați corect rechizitele
viitorului cont o să urmeze pagina de confirmare

și pe adresa indicată de poștă electronică v-a veni un mesaj cu o referință accesarea cărei va
confirma și activa contul dumneavoastră:
2. Îndată ce o să accesați referința din mesajul venit pe poștă o să se deschidă următoarea pagină
în care puteți iniția completarea unui formular de aplicare. Citiți atent descrierea formularelor și
dați Start la cel care e destinat Moldovei

3. Se va deschide formularul care are 16 compartimente. Primul e descriptive care vă va informa


despre programul PFP și condițiile de participare la el. În partea dreaptă a ecranului se află
caseta de navigare cu săgeți de navigare spre compartimentele vecine si cu lista în care sunt
enumerate toate compartimentele. Îl folosiți pentru a naviga spre compartimentele pe care vreți
să le completați sau să le modificați.
O altă metodă de navigare e folosind săgețile din partea de jos al paginii.

4. Următorul compartiment reprezintă informaţii despre procedura de aplicare şi


termenul limită de prezentare a dosarului

În fiecare compartiment ce urmează aveți posibilitatea să păstrați datele completate pentru a reveni
dacă e cazul la ele mai târziu.

Letters of Reference
Instructions
Your application must include two (2) letters of reference. Applications without reference
letters will not be considered. These letters must be submitted online to YSEALI PFP. An eligible
reference includes colleagues, advisers, supervisors, and other professionals who are familiar
with your professional abilities.

Please provide your two (2) references' names and email addresses below. We will use this
information to send your references an email message with a secure link to our confidential
online reference form. Your references must then use that link to complete and submit their
letters online. Applicants may not submit letters on their own behalf.

Letters must be received by your application deadline. As a reminder, the deadline for
submitting your application is Monday 5 Nov 2018 4:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time, to be
considered for the Spring 2019 program. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be
considered.

Tips

To help introduce yourself to a host family, please assemble a small collection of candid photographs
of you that reflect your personality and interests. Be creative!

 Attach three (3) photographs.


 Please do not upload photos with a file size greater than 1 MB.
 Please re-size your photos so that [a] neither the width nor the height is greater than 400 pixels,
and [b] the resolution is no greater than 100 pixels per inch.
 You can use the free online Webresizer (www.webresizer.com/resizer/) to crop, re-size, and
reduce the file size of your photos before uploading (NOTE: The "Image Quality" field in
Webresizer equates to the resolution.)

Be sure to include a brief caption, no more than 30 words, with each photo, and to identify
yourself in the photos.
IMPORTANT! This is the first impression your host family will have of you - keep it clean! Any photo
deemed inappropriate by the PFP program, in its sole discretion, may be removed.

18. Compartimentul 18 este pentru a verifica întregul formular. În cazul în care aţi depistat
greşeli, puteţi să vă întoarceţi înapoi şi să le corectaţi. Când v-aţi convins de
corectitudinea informației la toate compartimentele atunci puteți finaliza procesul de
aplicare prin apăsarea butonului «Submit your Application»

be considered for the Spring 2019 program. Applications submitted after the
deadline will not be considered.

Before you submit your application, please be sure to review all sections. Make sure you have
answered all the questions, uploaded all the required documents, and that you are satisfied with your
responses.

Once you submit your application, you will no longer be able to make changes. You will be able,
however, to continue to view your application online via this system with your existing login.

IMPORTANT! If you are not ready to submit your application, please press any "Save Changes" button in
