This Contract/Internship Agreement is executed and entered and entered into by and between:

Upon which SLSU hereby sends student-trainees and that Goldlink Infratek Corporation accepts
and permits said trainees and both voluntarily binding themselves to the following Terms and
Condition for On the Job Training (hereinafter called OJT) in Goldlink Infratek Corporation.
A. DURATION OF CONTRACT
Five (5) months maximum, a total of 600 hours from the date of commencement of OJT
with HTE;

D. TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Each student-trainees shoulders medical exam fee, document preparation, food expenses,
accommodation, and uniform as maybe required by Goldlink Infratek Corporation;
G. WORK SCHEDULE
The student-trainee follows the OJT Plan of Activities agreed by SLSU and Goldlink
Infratek Corporation. Its work schedule follows an eight hour work per day, 6 days a week.
The student-trainees are allowed to render overtime work for a maximum of four
(4)hours in excess of the regular eight hours with due consideration to their health and
safety;
H. OJT RESPONSIBILITIES
The student-trainee shall be granted Public Holidays if made to carry out a duty or day
off-in-lieu as and when such are officially announced by the Government;
J. TRANSFER
The students trainee shall carry out such duties as may be assigned by Goldlink Infratek
Corporation from time to time and may be transferred from one assignment to another
within its group of companies as long as the new assignment falls within the scope of the
purpose of the OJT Program and that the safety and welfare of the students trainee is not
compromised;
K. PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT
The student trainee shall not participate , contribute to, take upon or engage in any part-
time employment or any form of work or such activities deriving remuneration, reward
or deriving any favour , gain or benefit;
L. TERMINATION FEES
Generally, there are no termination fees. However, there are conditions that will warrant
fees if observed:
a. Goldlink Infratek Corporation may terminate the Training Contract only with due
and thorough consultations with SLSU on grounds of discrepancy in the agreed
training description, closure or cessation of operation of Goldlink Infratek
Corporation, or due to a retrenchment program implemented to prevent losses
and other reasonable justifications by serving a written notice to the student
trainee at least thirty (30) days before the intended date of termination. Goldlink
Infratek Corporation shall be responsible for the student trainees’ repatriation
expenses. The student trainee shall not be required to pay any liquidated damages
to Goldlink Infratek Corporation in case of termination under this paragraph;
b. Goldlink Infratek Corporation may also terminate the contract only with due and
thorough consultations with SLSU following a thorough investigation for any
following JUST CAUSES: misconduct by the student-trainee, absenteeism,
disobedience of lawful orders, neglect of duties, insubordination, violation of the
terms of this contract, misbehaviour and such other acts analogous to the
foregoing. In which case, the student trainee shall be responsible for all expenses
for the repatriation and damages which may be directly sustained by the Host
Company as a result of the acts or negligence of the students trainee; and
M. ESTABLISHMENT/AGENCY INTEREST
The student trainee shall act in the interest of Goldlink Infratek Corporation at all times
during the training duration and shall observe, adhere to, and comply with Goldlink
Infratek Corporation policies, rules, regulations and customs and shall safeguard its
property and confidential information;
The student trainee shall not accept any commission, fee or other benefits from any
person or company that has a business relationship with Goldlink Infratek Corporation.
The student trainee shall not accept from any person or company any gift or other
benefits, which because of its nature or intention or for whatever reasons, might place the
student trainee in a compromising position towards the giver of such gift, gain or benefit
or put the student-trainee in a conflicting position with Goldlink Infratek Corporation.
O. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE
All claims and complaints relating to the terms and conditions of this Training Contract
shall be settled in accordance with its terms and conditions as well as the applicable
policies, rules and regulations of the Goldlink Infratek Corporation; and
P. CONFIDENTIALITY
The agreement, as well as its term and conditions herein shall be held in strict confidence
and that no portion of part hereof may be produced or be revealed to any personnel or
entity other than the signatories herein or their authorized representatives.
This contract/agreement is valid for the duration of the stay of the student-trainees in
HTE and will take effect upon signing by both parties. This however can be terminated if
it ceases to be effective upon mutual agreement of the two parties involve and will be
done in writing.

they acknowledged to me the same as their free and voluntary deed.
The instrument consisting of four (4) pages, including this page on which this
acknowledgement is written, has been signed on each and every page thereof by the parties
hereof and their witnesses are sealed with notarial seal.
