 HR has always gotten a bit of a bad rap. We’re the ones there for many first days, promotions, and lending
an ear, but also bear responsibility for giving bad news, breaking harsh truths, and enforcing any change
management. It’s a rewarding and gratifying career, but it’s not for everyone. Some of my areas that is in
the stage of improvement.
