Key Responsibilities
Being a member of Coding Blocks family, you will be doing following tasks in initial years of your career:
1. Help senior teachers as a TA (Teaching Assistants) in their classes
2. Independently teach fundamental courses on either Java or C++
3. Learn newer technologies like app development in Android or iOS, Machine Learning, Web
Development etc.
4. Advising students in choosing the right technology skill set to have a fruitful impact on their IT
career
5. Mentoring students to enable them in various technologies and their projects
6. Developing new features for Hacker Blocks
7. Deciding the scope of projects, working on project timelines and mentoring the project team
8. Developing innovative products and tools for Coding Blocks to revolutionize the learning
process

Required Skill Sets

CTC Offered

Base: INR 7.0 LPA

Performance Bonus: INR 1.0 LPA
Joining Bonus: INR 50,000
Stocks Options: Worth INR 5.0 LPA (minimum) to be executed after 3 years
