Acting as an Assistant Manager for Transmission supervises two Equipment vendor companies for the
successful cell site rollout and Transmission optimization. Supervise the activities of

− Preparing the BSC dimensioning and proposed the design of the target network with the
approval of customer
− Interact with the Vendor as a SPOC (Ericsson, Huawei) in individual meeting
− Preparing the Capex for fanatical year.
− Preparing BOQ for each phase OFC capex.
− Preparing Bandwidth access (For access Huawei RTN 620(R3 Upgradeable to R5)), BOQ for each
phase.
− Preparing Transmission BOQ for first two years.
− Preparing 3rd Redundant Media (BB CERAGON IP10R2) for Opex.
− Preparing the Equipment (HIGHER ORDER MUX OSN 7500, Upgrade from Metro 1000 to OSN
3500) planning.
− Interact with vendor for the proper BW utilization, Planning, Optimization of E1 augmentation
for BSC ATER (Optical & Electrical) protection.

Responsibilities:
Acting as a Team lead handling total two Sub vendor companies and the team size of about 6 and 3 persons.
Supervise the activities of

− Preparing the BSC dimensioning and proposed the design of the target network with the
approval of customer
− Interact with the customer (MTC-Zain) in individual meeting
− Preparing the NDD Element for different OFC route.
− Preparing BOQ for each phase OFC capex.
− Preparing the Equipment (HIGHER ORDER MUX for DWDM) planning.
− Interact with customer for the proper DWDM augmentation for BSC ATER protection.
− Capacity calculation for 2G & 3G (Abis, IUB), Ater, Iu traffic accordingly plan for Backbone link
