Tell me about yourself.

Well, I was born and raised in Tacloban City; I’m an orphan a


youngest of 9 siblings. Because of my enthusiasm and determination I
was able to earn a degree in Management as scholar and at the same
time a self-supporting student.

As to my work experience, I have a BPO experience on financial account


as customer service representative for more than a year. My tasks were
to assist cardholder’s inquiries, concerns, process account
modifications like card activation, change or update information and
also billing related concerns like transactions clarification or
forward a report in case there were disputed transactions.

In addition to that, I also worked, as pre-seller also known as


account developer at Coca Cola Mendiola Sales Office for more than a
year, however, I resigned to focus on my bar review.

Why we should hire you? or Why do you want to work with us?
I’m very interested in the position and I think, I would be a
great asset in the role because I am a dedicated and hardworking
customer service representative who is comfortable with computers to
produce quality work, has a special skills dealing with irate caller.
Also, I am a dynamic and creative employee who solves tough problems
and develops strong working relationships to motivate others and
encourage team efforts.

In my previous employment as customer service representative, I was a


consistent bidder – to be a bidder of the month the agent must not
incurred any absence and tardiness plus must pass the call barding and
no customer complaint. Punctuality is a sign of professionalism and
helps me stand out as a reliable and trustworthy agent. Lastly, I am
also passionate about this industry and I’m driven to deliver high-
quality work with integrity.

If I spoke with your previous boss, what would he or she say are your
greatest strengths and weaknesses?

What are your biggest strengths?


My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when
needed.
I’m not afraid to take on a difficult client or do a task that nobody
else wants because those are the clients and tasks that teach me the
most.
I typically love to work outside of my job description and do whatever
is asked from me.

What are your biggest weaknesses?


I always try to avoid confrontation, in both my personal and
professional life. This caused me to compromise sometimes on the
quality of my work or what I needed to complete a task just to keep
the peace in the team or in the workplace.

I learned to recognized this weakness and had been actively working to


voice my opinions constructively (in a nice manner) and helpfully for
the betterment of the team. Because to me having a confrontation
especially if work related – professionalism and work ethics prevails
over personal feelings. I'm not above any single task, and I take
great pride in my ability to step in and adapt to any situation to get
the best results for the company.
Im a type of an employee that doesn’t stop learning new things, adapt
new learned ideas from my team, I accept and learned my failure, which
helps me more effective and efficient.

Where do you see yourself in five years?"


I see myself part of the company; either part of the management team
or trainer because I good in educating and motivating other.

Describe some situation in which you have worked under pressure or


meet deadlines?

I enjoy working under pressure because I believe it helps me grow. In


my previous experience, I always worked well during deadlines, and I
always learned how to work more efficiently afterwards.
