Global education aims to help students see the world as interconnected and see themselves as participants in the global system. It focuses on understanding other cultures rather than just learning superficial facts. Global education is important in the 21st century as it helps students understand world events and issues, and express how to react to problems globally. It also helps develop critical thinking, communication, and social skills. A global society is one where nations are interconnected such that events in one area impact others, and people feel a shared stake in each other. A global teacher expands their knowledge across disciplines and can teach both within and outside of formal education settings. Global competence in social science is achieved by developing awareness of social issues, participation in related events, and ability to work

1. What is Global Education?
According to Becker, J. (1982) global education as an effort to help individual learners to see the world as a single and global system and to see themselves as a participant in that system. It is a school curriculum that has a worldwide standard of teaching and learning. Global education is not about learning about the food, flags, festivals and famous faces of other places, though those items can certainly be incorporated. Instead, it is a broader focus on the attitude, values, challenges, similarities and differences of other cultures and how we're all interdependent on one another. (Hendricks, 2016) 2. Why is the global education important in the 21st Century? Global education is important in the 21st Century education because it helps the students or youth to understand what happening and why it happening in the world, in short it developed the understanding and critical thinking of the learners. Global education is important because it also express how the youth should react in a certain issue regarding in the world. 3. How can global education helps the students in the following: Skills, Attitude & Values and Relationship to People. According to Applied Education “21st Century skills are 12 abilities that today’s students need to succeed in their careers during the information age such as Critical thinking, creativity, communication, information literacy, flexibility, leadership, initiative, productivity, and social skills.” These traits is need to be develop by every students to classified as a globally competitive citizen, to have skills, good attitude and values, and also to be a responsible people towards other. 4. What is Global Society? According to Watsica, D. “global societies cannot be about one nation, no matter how big or influential. A global society, therefore, must be international. This happens when a nations are interconnected. So, when something happens in one part of the world, it is felt in another part. Also the notion of society is important. Even though people are removed, there is enough commonality that they not only understand each other, but also are in some ways vested in each other. There has to be a feeling of a society. In other words, the mentality is that we are all in it together. 5. Who is a global Teacher? The global teacher is the person who can expand their knowledge into other discipline. If we pertain in formal education we can classified the teacher as the global teacher, but if we talk about informal education, we can say that every person can be a global teacher because learning can be conduct even outside the school or classroom. According to Orsal, Eduard “Global teacher is a competent teacher who is armed with enough skills, appropriate attitude and universal values to teach students with both time tested as well as modern technologies in education” 6. In what way global competence is achieved in the Social Science Curriculum give examples According to Cheprasov, A. “Global competence is a term that refers to the knowledge, skills, and other capacities used to examine, appreciate, understand, and use local, national, and international elements to navigate the world successfully.” The competence of Social Science Curriculum can achieved for example if the students is aware in social issues and pointing his/her point of view. Also if their interest triggers to participate in Social Issue conventions or seminars. If they can work with other people to establish a better community. 7. How will you prepare as a global trend educator in the social sciences curriculum? As a future educator, especially in the 21st century I must be prepared in the challenges of development. We must be flexible in using technology because it is one of the most powerful way of teaching students. Every topic to be discussed must be aligned in the Social Sciences Curriculum to enhance the skills of the learner and be a responsible people. 8. Differentiate the global educator and the global teacher For me the difference of global educator and global teacher describe the informal or formal setting of education. If we say global educator the word educator describe that the “person who teach students” in the dictionary. So I can say that global educator is a Professional Teacher in private or public school. Then the global teacher for me defines a person who can teach even not inside the school or classroom. Meaning to say it’s in the informal setting of education. It can define global because not everyone in this field is teacher, it can be a doctor, lawyer, and police officer or government officials. 9.
