Balete Luyahan, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, Philippines, copy of her death certificate is hereto
attached as “Annex A” Without will or Testament, and without an outstanding debt in favor of any
person or entity;

WHEREAS, her surviving legal and compulsory heirs are the herein PARTIES/HEIRS,

WHEREAS, ANILU V. TAMAYO one of the legal and compulsory heirs, hereby, by
these presents, who personal circumstance mentioned above waives and renounces voluntarily and
freely all her rights, interest and participation over the above-mentioned estate/enumerated
property in favor to her children JULIANA VICENTE TAMAYO and JOHN DAVID
VICENTE TAMAYO.

WHEREAS, the herein PARTIES/HEIRS desire to settle the estate of the deceased extra-
