I dedicate my thesis work to my family and friends. A special feeling of gratitude to my

supportive and loving parents, Mr. and Mrs. Antonio(+) and Corazon Mandapat whose love is

unconditional and whose utmost efforts and prayers are always with me. Their support and drive

is what has made me who I am.

I also dedicate this to my loving brothers Ariel and Arthur, sister-in-laws Fe and

Bernadette, and my nieces Arthea and Arriana Faith who always served as my inspiration in life
