School Project Outline

Before you begin your project, you should be able to answer the following questions:

Why are you doing this project? What will you be doing? How will you be doing it? Who will be doing it?

Where will it be done? How long will it take? How much will it cost?

Explain why the project is being proposed, and how it is innovative.
Write the project´s objective(s)

3. Project Description What will you be doing?


Describe in detail what the project is about, so that a person who doesn´t know about it can understand the
project. Include instructions and images if needed.

4. Requirements. Who will be doing it? Where will it be done? How much will it cost?
Determine what you need (resources, people, space, money)
Resources: Technology (computers, software, mobile devices), physical materials
People: Roles and responsibilities of the members of the team. number of people for the activities.

5. Timeline or Tasks How will you be doing it? How long will it take?
Schedule. Determine what needs to be delivered and when.
