    EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

    Cartrack Technologies PHL INC. is always on the lookout for talents and desires to attract
    them into our corporate family. Based from our own experience, employees who
    were hired through employee referrals blossomed into solid contributors, stayed with us
    longer and are more cost effective to recruit.

    If you know competent, passionate and ambitious people who can be great additions
    to our organization, a Php4,000 referral incentive awaits you!

    Guidelines:

    1. The referred employee must be hired within three months of the referral date as
    indicated in the Employee Referral Form (see attached). This is also applicable if the
    candidate gets hired for another position.
    2. The employee referral incentive program only applies to existing open requisitions.
    3. Any member of the Management Team or Department Heads may refer
    candidates. However, they are not qualified to receive referral incentives.
    4. Referred candidate/s must not be directly reporting to the referring employee by
    job description.
    5. Temporary and contractual employees may refer subject to approval of the
    management.
    6. To be eligible for the incentive, an Employee Referral Form together with
    an updated CV of the candidate must first be submitted to Human Resources.
    7. In the event that two employees refer the same successful candidate, the first
    employee to refer the candidate will be the one eligible for the incentive.
    8. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our organization’s
    policies and procedures. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain
    strictly confidential.
    9. Incentives will be paid out in two (2) schedule:
    i. 50% on the 3rd month of the referred employee
    ii. 50% upon regularization of the referred employee
    10. There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make for any job
    openings. All incentives will be paid accordingly and will be subjected to tax.

    2. To encourage employees to find suitable employees to help build company headcount
    2. According to study, employees who were hired through referral
    3. Instead of paying third party platform, we can use the sourcing fee as incentives to give to our
    employees
