NATIONAL EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT MISSION (NEEM ) with YUVA SHAKTI
FOUNDATION ( YSF) as a part of On Job Training you are being deputed to MEGAFINE
PHARMA (P) LTD, LAKHMAPUR PHATA, TAL DINDORI, NASHIK- 422 206.
The Period of training will be 1 Years from 02/11/2016 to 01/11/2017 During the period
of Training you will be abide by the “Terms & Conditions” of Trainings as agreed by you.
Also you will not entitle to claim any Employee- Employer relationship with the company
where you are deputed & follow all company rules & regulation.

NEEM – Trainee Contract Letter

We are pleased to engage you as NEEM Trainee subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The period of training shall be 01 years with start date 02/11/2016 and end date 01/11/2017 in
Megafine Pharma (P) Ltd. Lakhmapur Phata, Tal Dindori, Nasik.
2. It shall not be obligatory on the part of the NEEM Agent to offer any employment to the apprentices
on successful completion of period of training in his her establishment nor shall it be obligatory on
the part of the NEEM Trainee to accept any employment under the employer. As NEEM Trainee
undergoing Training in an establishment you shall be a trainee and not a worker and as such, the
provisions of any law with respect to a laborer or work shall not apply to or in relation you & Your
On Job Training shall be solely governed by the provisions of All India Council of Technical
Education (National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) regulations 2013.
3. As NEEM Trainee you shall be liable to abide by the rules and regulations of NEEM from time to
time as intimated to you by us or the Company wherein you will be undergo on job training in all
matter of conduct, discipline and safety.
4. As NEEM Trainee you shall learn your subject field conscientiously and diligently and attend to
practical and instructional classes regularly.
5. As NEEM Trainee you shall maintain a record of your On Job Training during the period of the On
Job Training.
6. When the contract of Training is terminated for failure on your part to carry out the terms of
contract, you shall refund to the NEEM Agent as cost of training such amount as may be determined
by the NEEM Agent. In such event you shall not be entitled to enter into another contract of training
under the National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM).
7. For breach of contract by NEEM Agent, NEEM Agent shall pay compensation to you in accordance
with the Minimum Wages specified for that Category.
8. Either party may terminate this contract letter by issuing 30 days notice in writing or payment
thereof.
9. Trainee shall be entitled to a consolidated stipend an amount of Rs. 10702/- You hereby authorize
YSF to make all payments required to be made to you by YSF either by way of Cheque or by directly
crediting the amounts to your bank account.
10. Continuance of payment of stipend shall depend on your satisfactory performance during the
training period.

 11. For any regular absenteeism or if trainees are reported to be absconding from your on job training
then this course registration letter for on job training shall be terminated according to the
provisions of the NEEM Regulations.
12. YSF will make available to you online / offline course content of employment enhancement
program ( EEP) & upon confirmation by establishment that you have commenced your training
you will be provided course content online through trainee portal or offline ( on mobile ).
13. The Contract of Training can be terminated without payment of any stipend to the NEEM Trainee in
the event -
i. If you secure gainful employment (on production of copy of the appointment letter):and
ii. If you are unable to continue training on medical grounds ( on production of a certificate
to this effect from a medical officer not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon /surgeon
attached to any Government Hospital).
iii. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold YSF harmless from any and all claims, damages,
liability, attorneys fees and expenses on account of your failure to satisfy any of your
obligations under this contract letter of training or for misconduct or for violation of any
law or creation of any legal liability by you.
14. NEEM Trainee shall be imparted training according to normal hours of work of the department in
the establishment to which he/ she is attached for training.
15. On successful completion of on line assessment in relation to EEP provided by YSF you shall be
entitled for On Job Training cum Employability Enhancement Program Certificate. In the event of
non-clearance of Online Assessment but successful completion of the On Job Training you will only
be issued the On Job Training Completion Certificate
16. The Stipend for a particular month shall be paid before the 10 th of the following month.
17. If trainee leaves the on job Training before one year duration of training the cost of uniform &
safety shoes will be deducted from monthly payable stipend.
18. Any disagreement or dispute between YSF and the NEEM Trainee arising out of the Contract shall
be referred to the Governing body of YSF (NEEM Agent).

ENDORSEMENT

I hereby confirm acceptance of the above NEEM Contract Letter, on the terms and conditions
stipulated therein, I understand and agree that my signing this contract does not constitute
employment by YSF (NEEM Agent) or any guarantee of employment.
