• Since my role was purely on Technical oriented but extended to understanding the business requirements of the project, scoping, design,
risk analysis, contract negotiation. I oversee and guide the project managers with their projects mainly in regards to overcoming obstacles
caused by technical challenges, tight time frames and implementation deadlines ensuring that projects were completed successfully on time
and on budget.

• Earned good will in the UAE market thru my support which I rendered for the past 14 years.
• Managing the Staff in terms of Monitoring their activities, giving them regular in-house training to develop their product knowledge.
