I agree with this idea.

Most of the Battlemages here in TsoM doesn't know eachother

better enough. For example, I am a new Battlemage and as a Previous Professor, I see
Battlemages in a different way. I see them as that strict Manager who does not allow
even a pint of failure. And now that I reached the Battlemage rank, I see the
Battlemages the same because I don't know them very well yet. For example, I never
spoke with Ry, Turtle, and Vita as friends yet. This is because most of them are busy
in their real life activities. I am also busy with my real life activities and even have to
do an inactivity notices in the following weeks because I need to catch up with my
School's requirements. Another reason is that its because the #upper-office is in the
field of our work. This is an office. Not a hangout place. There are work-related
matters that we need to discuss in this channel and most of them are needed to be
given an attention. The topics in this channel is important as they are job-related. And
we Battlemages are serious about our Job. And if the Battlemage server is
implemented, we can talk about things that is not job-related such as, "How is your
day, What is your favorite hobbies", and other Ice breakers. Even I am having trouble
getting to know the new Battlemages too such as Plain, Shae, and the others.

I want to know them better. I believe that I can befriend them as we have one mindset
and that is to respect our jobs in TSoM. Ice Breaking is not the only good reason as to
why we should create a Battlemage Server. I understand that there had been a
Battlemage server in the past. But everything does not stay permanent. Thing can be
resilient and therefore this new Battlemage server will not be as ineffective as the
previous one. This new Battlemage server can be better. Senior Professor server is
Different than the Battlemage server.

The Battlemages are more matured enough to know what is right or wrong and the
proof of that is that they passed their applications and are trustworthy of their job. I
haven't seen the Senior Professor server before nor do I plan to see it. Another reason
why the Battlemage server is implemented is because we want to know each other
better. This way, we can learn how to manage with eachother and after that, manage
with the Battlemages and below better than before. We can also learn to be
trustworthy of eachother.

Some Battlemages does not know each other very well and probably has doubts with
their fellow Battlemages. Even I doubt some Battlemages although not too much but
only shallow doubts. I doubt some Battlemages for their decisions to be biased
sometimes. I fight this doubts and tell my mind that they are only delusional. Another
reason is that we Battlemages can learn about ourselves and can think of ourselves in
the others' shoes. However this would not happen instantly. We need to understand
eachother first.

We can also answer our future questions as such as "Why did this Battlemage did
this, did that, etc.". This is because we know eachother very well to the point of we
know how our fellow Battlemages think. We can also discuss philisophical matters.
For example, a certain Senior Professor loathes herself too much. I can share my
knowledge as to why a certain person loathes herself. For example, I can tell them
that self-loathing is a cause of believing what the negative thoughts in our heads are
telling us about our own worth and value in a society. For example, Anorexia
Nervosa: If you told a person that he/she is already thin, he/she won't believe that. In
this person's mind, he/she is fat and will feel worthless because this person feels like
he/she is being too fat. Again, its all in the mind, a mental illness. We can talk more
about things such as this, reaching to the conclusion of understanding who we wants
to understand, and reach a helping hand in him/her. Again, this is to benefit the TSoM;
to understand and help its staffs and clients.
