THE NEED
India is one of the most prominent of global agrarian economies and a large
percentage of population is dependent on agriculture. There is also an exponential
increase in export of agricultural products and the demand for services like
warehousing, cold storages, food processing, etc. While the government sector is
continually introducing newer policy frameworks to support this, there are a
number of gaps that hamper the economic growth of farmers and prevent them
from making most of the opportunities. Some of these needs, elaborated below,
are being addressed by ADF Tech Expo.
