Objectives: This course aims to provide a brief background of ethical, moral and value based
issues in evaluation of society and its impact on business relationship.

Learning Outcome:-
(1) Explain the concept of ethics, morality, values and utilize them to solve typical real-life
business problems.
(2) Demonstrate the ethical perspective in different functional department of the organization
such as marketing, finance, strategy and ethical issues at workplace.
(3) Analyze the different approaches of corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and discuss the
current CSR Practices in India as well as abroad.
(4) Compare the different Global Corporate Governance models and assess the change in
Governance mechanism over the period of time.
(5) Rate different Organizations as the different Corporate Governance rating models
(6) Discuss the recommendations of different committee reports as well as different clauses and
acts regarding Corporate Governance mechanism.

V) Final Exam (CE5) : 40%

NB: - (a) Mid – Term Test (CE 2) evaluation will include syllabus till session 15, 16
(b) Groups will be formed in consultation with Class for CE3 and CE4 evaluations.
(c) Cases are being identified and will be intimated in advance through AMC.
(d)Apart from the above Case lets, News Published in Leading Newspapers can also be
discussed specific to a topic in the class.
