DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That this Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed by and among:

REGIDOR SOSA married to ANGELITA MARIANO SOSA, both of

legal ages, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of San Juan General Trias, Cavite,
herein referred to as the VENDORS;

-AND-

FELICIDAD ARIAS HEMBRADOR married to ISIDRO HEMBRADOR,

both of legal ages, Filipino citizen, and residing at A-2 Fojas Subdivision,
Daang Amaya II, Tanza, Cavite by virtue of Special Power of Attorney
represented by HECTOR MATRO PALMA, herein referred to as the
VENDEES;

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the VENDORS are the registered owner of a parcel of land

located at Brgy. Mulawin, Tanza, Cavite, covered by Transfer Certificate of
Title Nos. T-921501, T-921502, T-921503, & T-921504 with no
improvements erected thereon and more particularly described as follows;

A parcel of land (Lot 4, Blk. 3 of the subdivision plan Psd-04-116056, being a

portion of Lot 1027-BB (LRC) Psd-177846, LRC Rec. No. ), situated in the
Brgy. of Mulawin, Municipality of Tanza, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the
NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2, Blk. 3; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 5;
on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 6, Blk. 3; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 5,
Blk. 3, all of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point mark “1”
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) square
meters.

Brgy. of Mulawin, Municipality of Tanza, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the
NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1, Blk. 3; on the NE., & SE., along lines 2-3-4-5 by
Road Lot 5; on the SW., along line 5-1 by Lot 4, Blk. 3 all of the subdivision
plan. Beginning at a point mark “1” xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx containing an area of
ONE HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (148) square meters.

portion of Lot 1027-BB (LRC) Psd-177846, LRC Rec. No. ), situated in the
Brgy. of Mulawin, Municipality of Tanza, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the
NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5, Blk. 3; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 4, Blk. 3;
on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 5; on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 8,
Blk. 3, all of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point mark “1”

meters.

Brgy. of Mulawin, Municipality of Tanza, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the
NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 6, Blk. 3; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 5;
on the SW., along line 3-4 by Lot 10 Blk. 3; on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot
7, Blk. 3, all of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point mark “1”
 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx containing an area of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) square
meters.

That for and consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP1,800,000.00) Philippine Currency, to
us in hand paid full to our entire satisfaction, receipt of such amount is
hereby acknowledged from the VENDEE, FELICIDAD ARIAS HEMBRADOR
to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, the said VENDOR do hereby
SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY, by way of Deed of Absolute Sale unto the
VENDEES, to the heirs, and assigns the above-described portion of the
parcel of land according to their shares free from all liens and encumbrances
whatsoever.
