Amplifiers is the flagship management trainee
program for hiring and developing management
graduates for leadership positions in the space of
sales and marketing in the Automotive Sector.
The trainees under this program undergo a
rigorous training period of one year where they are

The learning roadmap for management trainees entails a rigorous induction program which is a
combination of classroom trainings, field visits and live projects. Post this stage the trainees are put
through a set of planned learning interventions to give them an in depth understanding of automotive
sales, customer segments, working of dealership businesses and groom them to take up the role of an
Area Sales Manager.
