Ashok Nagar Cross Road Junction, RTC Cross road Junction and
Baghlingampally Junction” and “Construction of 3-lane
bidirectional Grade Separator from Ram Nagar to
Baghlingampally crossing VST main road Junction at 2 nd level
and passing through The Indian hume pipe Co.Ltd land and
Vazir sultan Tobacco land,”
IBM Value =352.55 crores (Excluding GST+Royality+
Labour cess)
Construction period =24 months
DLP =24 months
Bid due date : 6-2-2019
The IBM includes overhead charges and contractor’s profit as
per erstwhile GoAP Revised standard data and its amendments
for analysis of rates.

Construction Methodology shall be adopted in execution :


a) Steel pier shaft with prefabricated hollow steel sections.
b) Prefabricated Steel pier cap
c) Prefabricated Steel Girders
d)Deck slab cast in situe

i) The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed Similar Nature of works i.e., „Steel 88.14 BETL 132.72 Ok

Elevated Corridors / Bridge works or combined works of value not less than Rs.88.14 Crores (2008-09))
on EPC /Turnkey /Item Rate basis in urban areas / Highways inclusive of all the associated BMRCL 138.67
works, which was opened to Traffic or Structure Portion of works completed & load tested, as (77.04 x 1.8
a prime contractor in the same name and style in any one financial year during the last ten (2010-11))
financial years (2008-09 to 2017-18) and updated by giving 10% simple weightage per year to
bring them to 2018-19 price level. Sub contractors /GPA holders experience shall not be taken
into account towards the experience of main / prime contractor in respect of works where
subletting /GPA was done with approval of the Government departments / organizations /
institutions.
ii) The Bidder should have satisfactorily completed atleast one Flyover / Elevated Corridor / in Urban BMRCL R-4 & Ok
Bridge Work of Steel / PSC / RCC or Highway Project on EPC / Turnkey Basis in Urban Areas Area BETL
/ Highways during the last ten financial years i.e. 2008-09 to 2017-18.
b Physical Quantities
The bidder should have successfully executed Fabrication of Structural steel for Steel Flyovers/ 4555.5 ISCO Burnpur - Ok
Steel Elevated Corridors/ Steel Bridge works or any other structural steel works for a quantity A2 - 17472 MT
of 4555.50 MT in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e., 2008-09 to 2017- (2010-11)

Carriageway and Road way (Steel flyover):
4 lane bi-directional elevated corridor from Nalgonda ‘X’ road to Owaisi junction shall be
16.61 m in width (shall include 2x7.5m C/W + 2x0.50 m crash barriers + 0.61m median
crash barrier)
Down Ramp and Up Ramp : 2-lane Down Ramp & Up Ramp at IS Sadan junction shall be
7.0 m in width (shall include 6.0 m C/W and 2x0.50 m crash barriers)
Construction Methodology shall be adopted in execution :

We may qualify for the above project, if we can get 0.516 mts length from Amar mahal project and BMRCL Puttanahalli for the year 2017-18. However, we
have to try and get the certificates before bid due date.
