Dear Ma’am,

I would like to request for a flexible work schedule to accommodate my masteral

schedule at University of the Philippines Diliman, National Graduate School of
Engineering (NGSE) starting second semester Academic Year 2019-2020. Every
Mondays and Tuesdays, I have to leave the office starting this January 13 at the latest
4:00p.m. to attend to my classes, reason for my request for a flexible work schedule.

I have been a believer of quality and excellence, hence, I decided to pursue my post
graduate studies at the country's national university. This is not only for my personal
advancement but also for the company, for EC. I aim to raise to another level the
quality of structural designs EC can offer and this can be done through studying and
accumulating new and updated or enhanced knowledge and ideas that the academe
could offer.

I have attached to this letter my schedule for the said school semester and I really
hope for your most favorable action and understanding.
