COMPETITION RULES:

1. By entering the competition entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the
competition.

2. This competition is open to legal residents of the Republic of South Africa, who are
customers and punting in the Republic of South Africa, who are 18 years or older, except
the employees, directors, members, partners, agents or consultants of Phumelela Gaming
and Leisure/Betting World (Pty) Ltd (“Betting World”), Kenilworth Racing (Pty) Ltd and
their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, as well
as the immediate family members, consultants, directors and associates of such
organizations and persons, including its holding company.

3. The competition will commence on 14st May 2018 and will run until midnight on 14th June
2018. No late entries will be accepted.

4. How to enter:

4.1 To stand a chance to win your share R1million during the Fifa World cup 2018:

4.1.1 Play any Tab soccer bet or any Betting World multiple of 4 legs or more to
the value of R10 at any TAB/Betting World store to claim ONE (1) USSD
voucher code, or;

4.1.2 Play any Tab soccer bet or any Betting World multiple of 4 legs or more to
the value of R20 at any TAB/Betting World store to claim TWO (2) USSD
voucher codes, or;

4.1.3 Play any Tab soccer bet or any Betting World multiple of 4 legs or more to
the value of R30 at any TAB/Betting World store to claim THREE (3) USSD
voucher codes, or;

4.1.4 Play any Tab soccer bet or any Betting World multiple of 4 legs or more to
the value of R40 at any TAB/Betting World store to claim FOUR (4) USSD
voucher codes, or;
 4.1.5 Play any Tab soccer bet or any Betting World multiple of 4 legs or more to
the value of R50 at any TAB/Betting World store to claim FIVE (5) USSD
voucher codes.

4.2 USSD voucher codes will be handed over by the till operator; (taking the bet doesn’t
mean the customer is automatically entered into the competition, it qualifies the
customer to receive a unique USSD code which must be used to enter.)

4.3 Customers will have 24 hours in which to use their USSD code

4.4 Each USSD code can only be used once

4.5 The customer must dial *120*3937# and enter their unique USSD code on their cell
phone

4.6 Customers will than follow the USSD prompt to enter who they think will win each
FiFa Soccer World cup group and also the runner up in each FiFa Soccer World Cup
group.

4.7 Once the customer has entered the winner and runner up from group A-H, their final
selection will be the 2 finalists for the Fifa World Cup

4.8 In order for the customer to win they will have to select in the exact order the winner
and runner up from group A-H as well as the 2 exact finalists of the world cup

4.9 The customers who correctly predict the above will all win an equal share of R1 million
and if there is only one winner, they will be the sole winner of the full R1 million

4.10 Online account holders will also follow the same procedure whereby they will
acquire there USSD code via a pop-up window when they have taken the qualifying
bets as stipulated above,

4.11 Customers must keep their losing bet ticket or winning-bet ticket receipt and present
it if they correctly predict the above teams as we can then validate that ticket with the
USSD code via the date issued and used.

5. Winners will be selected after the Fifa soccer World cup final as TAB and Betting World
will evaluate all possible predictions by each customer of the group stage predictions as
well as the final two teams to finish the prediction and the conclusion of the World Cup
6. If there are no correct predictions the second closest prediction of the above will win a
R50 000 consolation cash prize

7. The winners will be required to present his/her identification document (or passport) when
claiming the prize. Should a person who is either under 18 years of age or not a legal
resident of the Republic of South Africa be drawn, they will be disqualified from winning
and a new draw will take place.

8. Betting World and TAB will contact the winner or winners via Telephone and confirm the
customers details are true and valid.

9. Betting World and TAB reserve the right to cancel the competition for any reason
whatsoever.

10. In the event the winner is unable to accept the prize for any reason whatsoever, the winner
shall forfeit the prize.

11. The prize excludes any other expenses incurred by the entrant when participating in this
competition.

12. The winner of the prize indemnifies Betting World and TAB against any claim brought
against it or any of their affiliates in the event of any personal injury or loss suffered as a
result participating in the competition.

13. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All disputes must
however be referred to the relevant Gambling Board.

14. Betting World and TAB may choose to publish the names and photographs of the winners
of the competition, but shall ensure that it obtains prior consent from the winner(s). By
entering the competition entrants authorise Betting World, to collect, store and use (not
share) their personal information for communication or statistical purposes. Entrants are
entitled to decline any marketing communication.

15. Betting World and TAB may require the winner(s) or participants to take part in publicity
campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winner(s) or participants who take part
in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity
or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoter or
Betting World Pty Ltd.
16. All media and information regarding participation in this competition must be read subject
to these rules.
