Job Description:

 Manager – she will be the one who will organize the tasks assigned to
each of the member, makes decisions for the improvement of the product
and the company as a whole, and lead the company to be one of the most
successful and well-known cosmetics company.

 Finance Manager – she will be the one who will handle the money and
decide on what techniques the company will be using in order to use the
money wisely and efficiently.

 Marketing Manager – she will be the one who will decide on what
marketing strategies that would be effective in promoting the product to
catch the customers’ attention and guarantee their loyalty to the
product.
 Production Manager – he will be the one who will organize operational
procedures involved in creating the product. He will be the one
responsible in utilizing all the materials and giving ideas on how to
improve the quality of the product.

 Assistant Production Manager – he will be the one to assist the


production manager and be in-charge whenever the production manager
in not around.

 Record Keeper – he will be the one to check the tracks of sales of the
product and keep the records of the company.

Smash Attack company came up with the product called Smash
patty that will be presented to the market because the target
market(students) like to buy snacks/junk foods that is not good to their
health, smash patty will resolve this problem because it will be affordable
and at the same time offers health benefits because potatoes, sweet
potato, and squash contain potassium, vitamin c, vitamin b6 and it also
lack calories that supports heart health.

 Product’s unique Features


Smashed patty has a number of competitive features that will be
used to its advantage to achieve market penetration. The following are
those features:
1. Wide variety of shapes - Customers will be offered an array of
shapes to choose from such as heart, circle, and square to make it
more pleasing to the eyes.
2. Healthy ingredients - Smashed patty uses potato, sweet potato,
and squash as the primary ingredients that have many health
benefits such as boost in bone strength, decreases the risk of heart
disease, protect body from free radical damage and etc.
3. Affordability of the snacks - Teenagers still being dependents and
having a limited budget to splurge, it is favorable for them to be
able to buy healthy snacks.

 Production process and controls that will be used to manufacture the


product

I. Making the Product


1. Buy the ingredients needed (potato, hotdog, onion leaves, egg,
cheese, bread crumbs). Place the food color in a clean container.
2. Prepare a clean container, Wash the ingredients then boil the
potato, sweet potato, and squash up to 5 minutes or until it
turned soft.
3. Cut the ingredients then smash it.
4. Combine all the ingredients.
5. Mix it to egg.
6. Put the bread crumbs.
7. Cook it.

1. Placing the logo of the product in the packaging.

1. The Smashed patty will be put in Small paper plate.
