I have been working on a variety of projects since I joined MMS.
On all of them I feel I have
delivered work of a high standard. Nearly all my deadlines have been met, and on most projects the feedback from my managers has been positive. There are, however, two areas where I feel I need to improve. It has been pointed out to me on a number of occasions that my report-writing lacks clarity and that my administrative work is a little sloppy. One reason for this was the fact that we often have to move on from one project to another without a lot of time in between. Nevertheless, I intend to address both of these issues this coming year. I'm also a fluent Spanish speaker, and would like to hope that I get the chance to use this skill on future projects. My largest frustration, however, remains the fact that I feel I am ready to manage a project and would be keen to be given such an opportunity soon. I think I'm known in the company as someone who works hard and has a good relationship with customers, and would be delighted to get a chance to show these attributes in action.
