ManMark Solutions: meeting all your marketing needs

Our solution

MMS's expertise in this field means we can begin work quickly. We have experience of similar
projects in South America, Japan and China. We are aware that Yeo Training needs to stand out
and offer something different.
We would like to propose the following five-point plan:

1. Firstly, begin work on rebranding 'Yeo Training'. We suggest YES: Yeo Educational
Services. We believe this gives a more direct, focused message. Additionally, it has a
positive feel. On the other hand, it may not sound sufficiently academic. We will need to
consider this point in the design of the brand. The strapline will need to stress an academic
approach suitable for young professionals.

2. Secondly, we can put together an initial launch in Singapore and set up a team to run it, with
some team members going out to Singapore. This will give us the opportunity to test out
some of our initial ideas for rebranding.

3. We also need to keep thinking of the bigger picture. We will need to keep a significant part of
the budget available for immediate follow-up promotions, exhibitions and brand launch
events. This could involve considerable expense, but will attract a wide range of potential
users.

4. Next, we will make use of the follow-up campaign as a springboard to target university
partners and other institutions.

5. Finally, we aim to consolidate Yeo Training's position as market leader before the Ottawa
conference.

Administration

You will have a dedicated project manager in charge and 24/7 support from your Relationship
Manager and our mentoring team. We will provide full contact details of our key staff. We will need
the names and contact details of Yeo Training staff at your earliest convenience.
