SWAPPING AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT :

This SWAPPING AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between

PATROLMAN JAYMAR C. GONZALES, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident
of Armor Village, San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City and PATROLMAN NOLAN
FUENTES AHADAIN, likewise of legal, single, and a resident of Purok Marang,
Tuburan District, Pagadian City,

WITNESSETH:

That we, PATROLMAN JAYMAR C. GONZALES and PATROLMAN NOLAN FUENTES

AHADAIN have jointly agreed to swap items and swap plantilla items effective
______________________ for the following reasons to wit:

1.That I, PATROLMAN JAYMAR C. GONZALES assigned in Zamboanga Del Sur Police

Provincial Office, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Camp Maj. Reginaldo C.
Abeloni, Lumbia District, Pagadian City, encountered travel difficulties to reach my
station, being permanent resident of Armor Village, San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City, if I will
be transferred to Regional Mobile Force Battalion 9, Camp Col. Romeo A. Abendan,
Mercedes, Zamboanga City, services will be rendered best and effective. That I was
appointed as Patrolman, under the Philippine National Police (PNP).

2. That I, PATROLMAN NOLAN FUENTES AHADAIN assigned in Regional Mobile Force

Battalion 9, Camp Col. Romeo A. Abendan, Mercedes, Zamboanga City, encountered
travel difficulties to reach my station, being permanent resident of Purok Marang, Tuburan
District, Pagadian City, if I will be transferred to Zamboanga Del Sur Police Provincial
Office, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Camp Maj. Reginaldo C. Abelon, Lumbia
District, Pagadian City, services will be rendered best and effective. That I was appointed
as Patrolman, under the Philippine National Police (PNP).

That this agreement is made in anticipation of occurrence of some problems be met later
in adhering the localization policy of the Philippine National Police. This is entered into by
our honest belief for the good of the service, whatsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on the date and place
hereinafter mentioned.
