Ladies and gentlemen, it is my distinct honor and

privilege to introduce to you our guest of honor and
speaker.

A humble businessman in Cebu, he was chosen by

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to become the
Presidential Assistant to the Visayas.

As President Duterte’s assistant in the Visayas and

a member of his Cabinet, he bridges the three regions (6,
7 & 8) under his areas of responsibility with Malacañang.
His principled advocacy of interconnectivity from among
the 3 regions in the Visayas, he sees to it that
Malacañang is readily right at the doorstep of the Visayan
community.

Our guest of honor and speaker, ably assisted by his

staff, works hard to ensure that plans and programs of the
national government, and the basic services & benefits
are felt by the Visayans.
