(Greetings)

The sun has set beautifully; it has given us a stunning

view that left us in wonder and in awe of its beauty. The
sunset is God’s way of telling us that the day was good
and productive and it’s time to rest- for another day is
about to begin. The sunset is also a promise that HE will
renew the day and it will be a lot better than yesterday.

Today, the sun has risen in the east and it channelled a

new day of beginning. A fresh start is a chance to create
new beginnings and endeavours to take on.

We hold this ceremony to thank our outgoing Regional

Director, POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL VAL T DE
LEON for his indefatigable leadership. He has kept Cental
Visayas a safer place for the citizens and the business
community. We have witnessed the substantial decrease
in the commission of crimes and confiscation of illegal
drugs and illegal firearms. The PNP has gained back the
trust of the people with the provision of safer
communities.
This important occasion is a continuation of a seamless
endeavour. We march forward for a better and brighter
horizon. The work continues and there is no let-up in our
fight to end criminalities.

As we move forward we also welcome our new leader in
