The idea of the researcher sought the various key chain that popular nowadays
and affordable not only the students and working person, specially the ordinary
people. The researcher have observed that the Kasoy keychain booming and
popular in the city of Antipolo.
The purpose of this study is make use of Kasoy not only for food but also a
medium for art. Since Antipolo is known in Mango, Kasoy and Suman. The
proponents takes advantage of it because of abundant of Kasoy in the Antipolo.
b. Industry competitiveness
Many business offer and/or selling keychain product in Antipolo. Sampu – Sampu
business is the example. Given that the said business is not focused on keychain
business. They can also a factor in determining the business profitability since
Sampu - Sampu business have many branch in Antipolo city.
c. Market potential
According to the data assessed from P.K. Keychain in the month of November
and December. The product has high demand rate because of its characteristics.
This part focuses on the tally projected customer according to the supplies
available for sale. And the estimated satisfaction of the customer in purchasing
the product of the business.
The Kasoy seed must be first soaked against the sun to remove its sticky feeling.
But sadly there is still acid remain. After that the painting process started. If the
painting is finished and already dry, they will a top coat to seal the painting to
enhance its beauty and to protect to any damages it may take. Then it will be
pierced by pins where the keychain ring will be placed. And lastly, the pliers will
seal it.
Iv Management feasibility
The P.K. Keychain is was founded in Jan. 6, 2019 but will be fully operational on the
following weeks. The operation hours depending on the bazaar schedule where they
will first introduce it to the market. The product will only be sold in the school campus.
a. Duties of the owners are to make and introduce the product to the market.
Sustaining and/or maintaining a clean and comfortable environment in the work
place is also their duties.
b. Since the P.K. Keychain business is a small business the owners decided that
they will not hire any employee. If the business will boom and will be needing
employees. The only qualification they need is they should be talented in painting
and marketing.
V Study conclusion
From the study conducted by the proponents, it can conclude that the P.K. Keychain
business has its ability to fight and survive in the market. It may have limited variety of
product (keychain). The business can produce different designs to suit it customers
taste. A good marketing strategy can also increase its profit.
The painted kasoy can also be innovate to make a different accessories. For example,
Parol for Christmas seasons. Small capital can be its factor to make a high profit since it
has high demand and capture a small market with different target market.
