Sub: Construction of Parking Shed is affected due to Rain Water- Reg.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the previous mail sent on xx/10/2019 regarding the temporary
suspension of works due to rainfall event and further to the work resumed after dried
condition, we inform you that again the site progress needs to be suspended
temporarily due to unforeseen rainfall happening now.

Due to constant raining at site for the past few days, the earthwork pit up to plinth
level is filled with rain water. Furthermore the whole place of work is surrounded by
rain water, so that the work is affected. Kindly refer the attached photos for your
reference.

With respect to the above said unforeseeable event we humbly inform you that we
can proceed with the works only when the rain water gets completely dried and until
then the works must be put on hold. We believe that the above given reason is
satisfactory and we are at your service should you require any further clarifications.
