Instructions to Candidate:

1. You shall report at the Test Centre on the date and time specified, with the downloaded Admit card with photograph affixed, and with Photo
identity card as detailed in the "Instructions to candidates". Candidates reporting late are liable to be refused permission for taking the test.

2. Affix your photograph which was uploaded in the application, in the space provided on Page 1 This is mandatory and will be matched with
the photograph printed on page 1. Candidates without photograph so affixed on the Admit Card will not be allowed to appear for the online
test.

3. Candidates should carry one of the following valid Photo ID Cards in Original to the test centre for verification which is mandatory; (a)
Passport, (b) Driving License, (c) Electoral Identification card (d) Aadhaar Card. College or Employee ID cards or any other ID will not be
considered as valid ID. Candidates reporting without the above mentioned photo identity proof will not be allowed to appear for the test.

4. Candidates who report without the above documents, candidates whose identity does not match with the photograph/signature in the
application at the test centre will not be allowed to appear for the test.

5. This Admit Card shall be handed over to the Room Invigilator after due verification conducted by the Invigilator during the test. A copy of
admit card may kept with you for future references. In case you have received more than one admit card, you should bring all admit cards
 and surrender them to your invigilator.

6. Candidates are allowed to carry only this Admit Card and Pen inside the Examination hall. Books, periodicals, any written material, mobile,
electronic gadgets, Calculators, laptops etc. are not allowed inside the examination hall.

7. Personal belongings including mobile phone shall be kept outside the examination room at the candidate's own risk. Candidates are
advised not to bring valuables and any other personal belongings of high value while coming for the tests and FACT shall not be responsible
in case of loss or theft of such items which are brought to the test centre.

8. Candidates shall maintain complete silence during the examination & communication in any form between candidates or with outsiders is
not permitted.

9. Rough sheet (if required) shall be provided to the candidates for carrying out rough workings during the test.

10. Candidates found using any unfair means or found in possession of any incriminating material during the test, and candidates not
complying with instructions of the Invigilator shall be expelled from the examination hall and their candidature would be cancelled.

11. Candidates are not allowed to smoke or eat inside the examination hall.

13. In matters with regard to conduct of examination, the decision of Test Invigilator shall be final and binding.

14. Candidates are required to download admit card online, as no separate physical copy of this admit card will be dispatched.

15. Please note that this Admit Card does not constitute an offer of employment.

16. Non observance of the instructions mentioned herein will render the candidate liable to disqualification from the test.

17. This admit card is issued purely on the basis of the details furnished by you in the online application form, which will be subject to detailed
scrutiny and if at any stage of recruitment any discrepancy is found or if you do not fulfill eligibility criteria for the posts, eligibility for
application fee exemption etc., as prescribed in the notification and supported by documentary evidence your candidature shall be
cancelled.

18. IMPORTANT NOTE: YOUR CANDIDATURE IS PROVISIONAL AND IS SUBJECT TO YOUR MEETING THE PRESCRIBED EDUCATIONAL
QUALIFICATIONS, AGE AND OTHER ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS PER THE NOTIFICATION FOR THIS RECRUITMENT. In case during subsequent
stages of the selection procedure, it is found that you do not meet eligibility requirements, your candidature will be rejected without further
reference to you and you will not be considered for subsequent stages of selection/interview. Candidates are therefore advised to appear
for the test only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria for selection as prescribed in our notification in the website www.fact.co.in in all
respects.
