INITIAL CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Initial Consultation Agreement is made this ____ day of _______________, 201__, between
Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Kimferly Ann Vidal (the “RCIC”), Membership Number
R533189 and Client _________________________________ (the “Client”), for the purpose of
____________________________________________________________________________________.
The Client is obliged to pay a fee of $50 CAD plus applicable GST to be deducted from the professional
fee if the Client chooses to retain the RCIC’s services and if applicable a bank wire transfer or money
transfer fee of $17.

Consultation appointment will be set once the fee is paid and this Agreement is received by email at
stargateimmigration@gmail.com. Appointment date or time may be cancelled or rescheduled by calling
or sending an email at least 8 hours prior to schedule. Failure to cancel, reschedule or failing to appear
for the scheduled time will forfeit the entire Initial Consultation fee.

Since immigration or citizenship regulations may change from time to time, the immigration or citizenship
advice provided by the RCIC can only be relied upon on the date the advice is given. This Agreement shall
be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Alberta, and the federal laws of Canada applicable
therein.
